I used to take Creatine daily, but didn't keep up with water intake. You don't have to do the "loading phase" it'll just take longer for your body to get accustomed to.

Belonging to medical field, i paid close attention to creatine when i took it.
I took 2-3 grams/day creatine monohydrate in 2021 for around 6-8 months. No loading phase and to be gentle on my kidneys, I cycled it one month on and one month off.
After a cycle month, I had Kidney function test done at the end of my off month and my Urine creatinine came out 1.02mg/dl (Normal threshold for the lab was 1.00mg/dl) so I'm not 100% confident regarding creatine's safety but its approx 95% safe

Not all creatine supplementation is the same. Take a look at Momentous, it's a good clean product developed by and with a Stanford University neuroscientist who has a huge channel following called The Huberman Lab. I have found good results for the 100M men's butterfly trials in Indy back on May 21st. Putting any undue load on your liver, pancreas and kidneys is always something to keep in the front of your brain. Always cycle off. And tbh I only recommend it if you're blood type is O.
      Why?
Because O type blood is the optimal body chemistry to process creatine through the system. No other blood type does it better. That's not saying they have better kidneys or livers, but the HCl and digestive enzymes they possess offer the opportunity for it to be cleared from the system and ulilized by the system the best. Think purity. And buy the best you can afford. Loading your brain up with heavy metals from unprocessed product is an extremely difficult chelation process to remove once it's in there. You did a good thing by asking. Good luck with your fitness journey.

The moment the word "Pancreas" is used, it's probably better to not use it. Many people who took forbidden products suffer from Pancreas Cancer. Even my grandfather got it, who took a lot of medication. His parents were almost 100 and his father even asked to die since he couldn't handle his wife anymore. My grandfather didn't even reach 80, but I can promise you that many young people now might not even reach 60, because of stuff like this. It's claimed to be natural, but it barely is.
You might think I'm a fool, but we can talk later again, if possible.

extra creatine may create negative feedback loop and "pause" the enzymes that make your body's own creatine, but the enzymes are still there and transcription levels are too, so once extra creatine is taken out, the enzymes will start synthetizing your normal genetically pre-determined amounts very quickly. I wouldn't be too worried. Plus, another longitudinal study just came out saying it won't damage your kidneys. So I wouldn't be too worried.

i used to take 2 different types of creatine, didn't really notice much difference. But I used because my brother always shared his supplements with me when he comes back home because that's the only way he works out. I don't really buy supplements, I only use the ones he's recommending and giving to me. I keep training when I run out of supplements. But I think it's the lack of consistence in just one that is making this slow. Maybe I should just focus on proteine.
