They should replace Kubica with Alonso, not because Kubica is bad or i had anything against him. but Alonso has much more experience driving at GP2 phase.
however this time it is the GP2b chassis instead of GP2 ENGINE, GP2 ENGINE!!!!! AAAAARRRRGGGHH!!11!!™ that Alonso got used to in his McLaren Honda.

It was a racing incident that was unavoidable one Kvyat got the wheelspin if you look at the onboard look how much Kvyat is turning to the right to avoid the incident. Palmer also showed us another case of how inconsistent the penalty system is, Bahrain lap 1 Stroll accidentally squeezed Grosjean to off the track and Grosjean lost a ton of time, no penalty. Last year France when Vettel locked up and hit Bottas 5 second penalty, last year Britain Raikkonen locked up and hit Hamilton 10 second. It is expected Kvyat lost over 20 seconds w the drive through

      @@grannieannie1371 hahahaha :')
Tbh as we appreciate, we get more of that which we'd appreciate. It's how the universe flows into our experience. As we appreciate, and be of that full feeling and experience of appreciation, we open to more of that reality and we are in alignment within. Just as, maybe you've noticed, a person addicted to complaining and seeing the world as a thing that annoys them or disappoints them, will tend to continue to receive and experience that type of reality. They will be given a generous helping of things that annoy or disappoint them for them to complain about, daily :') and as a person is that way, they are not aligned within, and more often than not, eventually become ill and they just get more problems Kuz that is how they are oriented and only when that is changed within, will the outer experience change.
Same with appreciation. It gears us for expectation of things to appreciate which open the person up to receiving and experiencing more and more of that in various areas of their life. You can also focus on a specific area and shift it, uplift it etc.
So a person with a purposefully activated orientation of excellence, winning, appreciating, absolutely delighting in things just for the sake of it, will tend to get that outcome, and things flowing in as such, and that momentum grows, so too does the expectation as it then just makes sense in the subconscious, and it is so more and more.
Realistically, (tho I do get it and ppl normally aren't training their mind in the most powerful ways), to be absolutely stoked and full of appreciation properly as a feeling state, that after each race, they were safe and healthy and ALIVE bkuz wtf what they do is insane lol and it could be not a thing they are alive and well afterwards ... and to feel appreciation and stoked they even get to do what they do, as they are doing it, in that moment, and being all about it for the joy of it etc, and all the 99.9999999% other totally holy crap amazing things going on even regarding the race, not to mention life itself - would be the most beneficial thing for them to do and makes all the sense ever - it would cause them to be in a state of receptivity and experience which would be their actual desired outcome. The more aligned a person is, the easier things flow to them. And it in a way is insane to be not totally stoked and deeply actively appreciative of all the 99.999999% of the things going exceptionally well, seen and unseen.
It's a human ego condition and of lack and limitation, to be other than that, which screws/distorts one's alignment aka receptivity aka ability to be in the right place at the right time doing the right things in the right way while the universe orchestrates itself around you and that, for maximum results and desired outcome actualized fully.
Literally honing appreciation and that feeling state, the mind actively being of that kind of way, equates to that seemingly effortless flow where things seem to land in one's lap (most of us know people like that, or have observed them, and holy crap it is hilarious and ridiculous how easy and awesome things can be when we are the kind of way that equates to that, within).
When I see these guys being so hard on themselves and stressing out, letting their alignment get all out of whack, I shake my head lol and I so would love to tell them and work with them tbh :')
A great example I adore, of allowing, aka NOT letting things get to him so his alignment was epic (as it naturally is til a person effs with that via negative / limited thinking) and things all flowed incredibly, Was Kimi in qualifying one time, being smashed into, his car effed up, and he just stood at the side while they sorted it out, appearing not bothered at all. Qualified at I think the back, and Race day, won. And he's like yeah what. Lolol.
Allowing things to be sorted, not getting in his own way vibrationally and so still, even tho things appeared however and he could've thought negative things which would've affected his alignment, he allowed, the universe worked round him, he drove, he won, and still didn't make a big deal of it.
Lewis knows about purposefully honing his alignment, esp with appreciation.
People who live this way can spot others who do.
The amazing thing is, that even as spectators, as we are living in that powerFULLY aligned way, appreciation-oriented etc, as we focus wherever, that subject or person is automatically influenced as well.
Ppl often become healthier and happier and more on it, just from me being around them, kuz of how I life and am. And when I am enjoying a person, they start to thrive exponentially. When I go out of their life, their old habits tend to be a thing again and their experience and quality of life, health etc often goes back to whatever it used to be. Or gets worse. If they haven't learned the things and come from within, about it.
The mind and our inner attunement is SO powerful, but most allow themselves and their mind and emotions/feeling states to go this way and that, so so does their life, outcomes, etc.
helping people live their best most awesome and magical life ever, is my favourite thing. It's phenomenal to see the shifts, and help people be aligned within in such a way that they are so in love within and their life then, as a result, flourishes and blossoms awesomely with literally minimal effort and incredible joy, as they make the inner shifts. It's the best thing ever. And it's suchhh a trip ;)

I fell asleep not because it was boring, but considering that it was 1:30 AM here in America and I dozed off.

No need to apologize whatsoever Matt, I hope you enjoyed your holiday :) and glad to see your back. IBR is higher on my 'to watch list' after a race then (than? not a native speaker and always confused which one of those to use :D ), the actual race highlights..
Uhm... well... hum.. It is when it is as boring a race as the previous one that is ;) :)

I agree with Palmer's analysis of the Kvyat incident I don't really think it was him being a torpedo, but he did put himself in the situation. it wasn't all torpedo, they were all loose at the rear and Sainz started the touching.

And if you did your research you'll know that the camera issue was because the world feed cut to a camera on the inside of turn 2 that didn't work properly on Sky's feed because of a UHD issue

So many only now complain about Ferrari ruining Leclercs races. No one complained whole last season, when Raikkonen, got sacrificed in every race till Italy. Then they told him he can race freely and gets the good strategies too. BOOM all of a sudden he does better than Vettel for the whole rest of the season. Coincidence much????

In all honesty, is it not too much to ask for a better commentator than Crofty? I'm pretty sure I don't enjoy any races when I hear him on race weekend but give me Canal+ and they do a good job and I love F1 all over again. It's pretty bad when I think "you know if they got Karun Chandhok and Martin Brundle together, I could live with that. Not great but I can live with that."

The camera work issues you mention kept having me think an incident just occurred because that's the only time you normally see that type of sloppy zoom. When they're quickly trying to catch an unexpected thing like an accident. Seriously like 3-4 times when they switched to the sloppy zoom camera I thought "oh boy here we go this will shake the race up.. oh wait what nothing happened.."
