- Descargando el primer y segundo carro de alpacas. El suelo no está llano y de ahí vienen todos los problemas. Para que no se caiga la pila, uno de los operarios trepa por el Arcusin, para atar entre sí, los 4 paquetes de arriba. De esta forma consiguen que los dos carros se queden de pie.
Pasan los años y me sigue encantando ver este video!
arcusin tells in the instructions you should start with a stack half height and continue adding 1 bale higher with each stack. This will support the full height stack so it does not fall over. We use a wireless camera on a portable stand to see where the stack is when unloading. Move the stand and the stack gets longer.... If this stack is too high...they make several models that can make a stack 2, 3 or 4 bales shorter. It takes a flat, firm, level place to build a stack and practice. But once you have the idea, it is very quick to use and easy to operate. They are very well build machines.

The truth is that it is very dangerous what they do. The best thing is that the floor is level so there are no problems that could fall. But, you can always stack the first bales with a tractor or manitou, and then support on these arcusin discharge. Thank you very much for your comment. :)

Bales are stored in the field and as they are selling they are carrying. Most go for the animals, cows, sheep, ..

At the start of the stack need some help. One can only be done, but it gets better with two. The most important thing to start with is that the floor is smooth. The unload is late little. If you see the rest of my videoes you can verify it. The unload is complicated because the soil was not smooth, and one was starting constructing the battery of bales.

The supervisor should have told the telehandler to backed-up a bit, to allow the bale trailer to push the bail stack 'over centre' initially, -to allow for 'spring back'. They would have remained standing first time then and the other stack would not have been knocked and toppled.
When you start to do something wrong, you can not end well.

Very dangerous stacking that high without a support to lean into. If they don't fall today they will fall tomorrow. Sad to say many deaths have been caused by falling big bales.

Algo hisieron mal, los fardos no deberian haberse desliazado en 2:58, los deberian estar sujetando las horquillas bajo estos.
They did something wrong, bales shouldn't have slid in 2:58, they should had been hold by the forks that sit under them.

It is dangerous if you do not do things right. It should be a wall with less height, and gradually have to increase. Another option is to the wall with a shovel and a tractor, and then download against it.

Wouldnt have one if they paud me to take it. Far to much stuffing around to unload, you have to have a spotter with you when unloading. I thought the hole idea was t save on time and man power. Yall must do it a bit different over there
I noticed in this video what when wrong when the second load was getting lifted up I noticed that the bottom bale was hung up with the first stack

La pila no se empezó como manda hacer el fabricante del Arcusin. Intentaron empezar "la casa por el tejado" y esto es lo que ocurre... Cuando las cosas se hacen mal, es muy difícil que terminen bien.

Paco Jiménez Recomienda empeza con poca altura, y sobre ella ir descargando otras más altas. Imagina la mitad de una piramide. Sobre la pared que creas, descargarías los carros completos. Siempre hay que empezar a hacerla con cargas parciales del carro, y nunca hacer lo que se ve en el vídeo.

You are so right about people not reading manufacturers manuals because i am always telling my sons about reading instructions. They often buy things that seem simple to use and discard the instructions only to look for them later because what ever they bought is not working right.

Not a one man operation like Arcusin claims......It is so much faster if you hook it behind an F-350 and run around the field at 50 mph, it's what I do in FS 2013. haha
The last price I got was 100,000 €. Price 2 years ago.

oh...they can also pick up bundles of small square bales...but get one of the shorter stack height machines if this is your plan...small squares are not packed as dense and cannot take such a tall stack. Check out their web site...arcusin.com

This is not a new idea. I watched a similar stacking trailer 40 years ago fail the same way. You can't stack bales like that without them falling over.

mal machina, porque el material no hace como el condutor quiere.
warum rutschen die ballen beim kippen nach hinten raus? dadurch wird das eh schon nicht optimal quaderförmige und elciht deformierbare stroh nochw eiter deformiert und steht bei derartigen höhen von vornherein schon schräg. da gibt es bessere auflieger/anhänger zum quarter ballen stapeln! und die trottel zeigen hier auch noch wie schlecht ihre maschine funktioneirt. oder ist es nur ein bedienfehler vom legasteniker personal?

Far to high. Asking for someone to be killed. You have all that space, why not stack them 2 or 3 less. Would be a lot easier to off load.
