👍Some words about me: I have discovered Jason and his channel the primal outdoors around 2018 in a video called snow camping in the mountains. At that time, Daisy and Wheeler where there. As I start following, I payed attention to Donald and Softroading the West, Edward Shin, etc. I like each one of your styles, thanks God each person is different. I like adventures, landscape and outdoor cooking. I'm from Québec, Canada. Near Montréal, yeah, you know Montreal steak seasonning, don't you? Keep on the good work!
Jeez I miss Daisy. Dusty and I loved the opening segment with rain on the roof, cosy inside van...broke my heart. And beautiful finish at the end, sun out, blue sky. Thank you Jason for all the work you do, putting these videos together. We really do appreciate these escapes from our world - into yours. Thank you.
Good evening from Godley Texas, glad to see the hytop is working out. It certainly makes it easier on the back and knees. Don't knock the rain too much, fire season is around the corner. Great photography and drone footage. Stay safe and happy travels 😎
Hey there Jason, the singing of the birds sounds nice and the river looks amazing the whole setup of your camp, like the fire pit and cooking station, the truth is we have to appreciate everything Mother Nature offers and enjoy it, love your work thanks for sharing be safe🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
Jason, every new film marks another milestone of growth for you. I love watching you experiment with new shots, new editing, new ideas. The work you're putting in really shows. What a journey!
"All those hours exploring the great outdoors made me more resilient and confident." - David Suzuki An excellent video clip! Love the depth of footage; low valleys, high hills, terrains and the time-lapses... Weathers can be calming, thrilling or intimating... Ah...I imagine that the aroma of a cup of great Primal Outdoors coffee fills the air... Beautiful ending at 35:49...the solitary tree on the left-hand corner of the video, stands grand atop the hill...magnificent! Take care.
Great production Jason i have always felt you give a more accurate depiction of what nomadic lifestyle is really like for the masses who are really living this way. Thanks for your on going amazing content love seeing the different areas of our state that i have not been to yet.
Thank you for the awesome episode and showing us viewers the beautiful, serenity, and the tranquillity of the place. It's so peaceful to be camping in a beautiful area like that ❤
Been following you along since the pickup truck pulled the orange trailer. Miss your pups! You are really set up nice these days. Very cool and cozy campsite. You really make nice videos that fit the PNW lifestyle. Keep up the great work. Your photography is beautiful!
Oh Jason, this is such an adventure! Loving the views thank you, you do work very hard, & those (boots were made for walking) 😂 .the knife for ease of getting to in an emergency & the satellite phone is the smartest of equipment to have on a lone walk of any kind. Stay safe Jason so we can keep watching your beautiful videos. Elaine from Queensland,😂.
The only constant in my life has been my love of camping and the outdoors. Since I was a kid I remember sleeping in a tent and just enjoying the sounds of nature. At almost 50, I still try hard to get out in a tent a few times a year. Your videos have inspired me to become a lil more adventurous and have had me pursuing more adventures in not the best conditions. Thanksgiving weekend last year was the latest in the year I have ever camped (in Michigan btw) and am looking to make it an annual thing. Doing my research on hot tents and looking forward to that experience as well. Thank you for all that you do inspiring the rest of us. God bless 😊
I love watching your videos! They're so inspiring and make me want to get out and explore the great outdoors. I'm especially impressed by the way you find such beautiful and secluded campsites. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
I just stumbled onto this video and WHAT A FIND! It was so awesome. Thank you! I really enjoyed the presentation, the drone scenery, the campsite and the commentary. Great work.
Beautiful video, we really enjoyed it especially the graphic match edit of the fire to the camper! Your shots are a perfect length, great timing, your drone work is beautiful, the shot of the eagle and the moon is spectacular, and great music choices, thank you for sharing!
Absolutely gorgeous videography on this one Jason, awe inspiring! Watched this enjoying my morning sipping on my energy drink (not a coffee fan 😂) here in sunny Arizona and started my day off peaceful and you finished it off with the old Primal Outdoors music, love that song, thanks brother for sharing your life with us.
OOOOO how I love your video's. I use to go camping all the time & miss it so much. I've had 3 operations & getting ready for my fourth one on my left knee. Had to completely do it & have to go back in because it didn't take like it should. Have to have a bigger ball put in & everything tighted up. Had to have 2 operations on my right shoulder & have a complete ball put in & part of the shoulder itself. Real mess--Yea but if I ever get things going--would like to go camping & enjoy Mother Nature--peace & quiet. Thanks so much for these video's--U are so lucky. Phoenix😄😍😎✌👍👀
Thanks for bringing us all along with you. It may seem that you’re alone, but believe us, we’re right there with you in spirit and conversation. Next time, let us bring the whiskey. Skillet
Beautiful area, indeed.I live on a beautiful remote ranch, but work so much there isn’t enough time to enjoy it lol but enough time to realize why I don’t live in a city.
Your cinematography reminds of me Drew Lynch's work, definitely stepping up the quality of your equipment and videography! The ambient scenery at the beginning is a very nice touch too! I could easily enjoy just watching the scenery and relaxing to the white noise! Well done my friend! I'm looking forward to more!
HI JASON 👋 THE DRONE LOOKED LIKE IT DOES PRETTY GOOD IN BAD CONDITION / WEATHER . LOOKS GORGEOUS OUT THAT WAY . BEAUTIFUL CAMPSITES 😉 & WITH THE STREAMS NEARBY CAN MAKE SURE THAT THE CAMPFIRE IS COMPLETELY OUT . BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! Wow all the places you go are so beautiful and peaceful. I'm old enough to be your grandma, but I wish I could do what you do. Do you have a story how you decided to live in your van
I look at the cinematic point of your film making and it’s just awesome. A word I use to describe your work for years now. It’s the tops! One point though, my steak has to be well or well done. Great work Jason.
Jason, I was a Primal follower and now a Van Camping member. There are some things you need to clear up for us. Like how many scoops of coffee go into the French Press. And when you pulled a trailer and aired down your vehicle, did you air down the trailer also? And isn't there a way to carry a few cubes of ice with you to go with the Pendleton? 😄
just subscribed. After the days I've been having this is what i need to see, getting ready to hit the road later this summer with my van so i pay attention to the little things that make it all worthwhile. i didnt read much into the description but this looked like the Dakotas, correct me if im wrong but i wanna find a place like this to get away with my 4 legged boy.

Best time of the year in E Oregon
I am going to respectfully disagree, I believe Fall is but this was still very nice.
@Van Camping that too... just love how green and alive everything feels, especially this year
The piano tune at the beginning reminds me of the beginning of The Unforgiven III.
Name change caught me off guard … as I haven’t caught up in a while , glad to see you’re still doing what ya love , Jason and yes , I miss Daisy 😢
