- These waffles are made with a combination of gram flour, semolina and corn kernels, topped with grated cheese.
CHEESE CORN RAWA WAFFLES
Ingredients
½ cup grated Milky Mist mozzarella cheese
½ cup American corn kernels, boiled and crushed coarsely
1 cup coarse semolina (rawa)
¼ cup gram flour
6 tablespoons yogurt
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
2 green chillies, chopped
4-5 fresh coriander sprigs
¼ teaspoon soda bi-carbonate
Oil for basting
Method
1. Combine semolina, gram flour, yogurt, corn kernels, asafoetida, green chillies, soda bi-carbonate, cumin seeds, salt and sufficient water in a bowl to make a smooth batter.
2. Finely chop coriander and add to the batter and mix well.
3. Heat a waffle iron and brush with a little oil. Pour a little batter into the waffle iron and close the lid and let it cook for a minute. Open and sprinkle cheese on top and let it cook for half a minute. Similarly make more waffles.
4. Serve hot.

Hi..I made it but it was looked crispy at outter side but soft at inner side when we eat....but taste wise superb..all liked it..thank u..wasn't it soft in inner side???

Origano seasoning with some chilli flakes or adding some sauces like tandoori cheese instead of normal cheese or anything as topping or make it fully as pizza and adding olives.

Didn't turn out wht it looks like here....using the exact ingredients I made waffles which stuck to the waffle machine n I hd a tough time removing it...This recipe is a big NO No...try at ur own risk !!!!
