Hi Geoff. That is AC on the roof but needs repairing. On it when we bought and never found a need for it. Hope this helps.

Great review. I've been looking at this model. Is it cam belt or cam chain? Can you check the health of your batteries? I can't see a battery checker on the control panel. If we go ahead with this van, can I please bombard you with questions? Thanks in advance, Paul
Nice video, and nice camper! May I ask a couple of questions? 1. I'm 6'5" tall--how would I do in that crossways bed? How long is it? 2. I'm considering a 6.4m Chausson--how much would that extra 0.4m affect ease of parking a driving in your experience?
I will measure length of bed/space for you when it stops raining. 6.4m is a good length, it would just give you that extra bit of room without going to long. They've stopped making ours now so I guess used ones would be harder to find. Watch the width of the van too, ours is a slimmer width than most. Good luck
I recently bought a second hand one of this model and thoroughly enjoyed your video. I am interested to know whether you managed to fit a second leisure battery and where / how? Yesterday I visited my dealer and asked about it. He said that it was problematic to fit it in the long cupboard in the garage because after you put the battery into one of the boxes that he says are necessary it becomes too high to go in. I suspect with a little ingenuity a different box could be made to fit, or perhaps line the cupboard... His suggested solution was to put it in the garage behind the present battery, but I want to avoid that. Liked your DIY table!
Hi Geoff. Havent got around to the battery thing yet but when I researched it I remember finding batteries of all different dimensions that would fit that space. We are just about to set off on an 8 week trip to Spain, so a good opportunity to see how well one battery lasts. Good luck with your new van. Happy travels.
Just found your channel, well done, enjoying catching up on your past videos. We also have a 125 for the past 6 years, and really love it. Think I will add the Fiamm extra security on the habitation door, have you any photo taken from the inside? Presume you through bolted it? Thanks. Malcolm
Hi there. Nice to talk to fellow 125 owners. Although we've had problems with the van, we havent found a better layout yet. Somewhere I have the model number of the lock. It screws into the door post.
@@KissisAdventures In some places the build quality and layout design are a bit dodgy, but for the price we can't find anything that we would chnge her for. Have used her a lot recently in UL of course, but also all throughrance Spain and Germany. looking forward to your next episode.
Hi there, we have the same problem with a large dining table that gets in the way. Really interested in the one you made which I feel would suit us better. Did you buy the table top separately to the swivel base?
Hi, made the table top out of MDF and covered it with a map of Europe then see through fablon. Screwed it onto the existing table post. :) thanks for the feedback.
Can you expand a bit on what you're asking? We had a warranty claim on the water heater which went on a long time. Eventually after many trips it was diagnosed as a wiring fault which was only under warranty for the first year. Ended up sorting it myself which was a good learning experience.
Hi Gary. We use mostly refillable gas and solar for 12v. Rarely use EHU. 2-3 week trip usually needs one fill of the gas, which costs about £11. Fridge runs quite efficiently on gas.
@@KissisAdventures no issues in two years use but on some foreign sites they have very low amperage available so be careful what you hook up to. Your van is not old so I doubt much is wrong.
Hi guys, loving the content and the both of you, really enjoying your adventures. We're looking for a motorhome and just starting out, what made you go for a 6m van? I note a 3.5kg weight limit for standard driver's license, but am looking for as much space as possible under this limit. A few vans come in at around 7.5m so wondered what your reasons were for 6m? Cheers
We wanted something we could take down most roads, get parked easy .. .. ish and be reasonable on fuel. Ours is also a narrow profile. If you are happy driving something bigger then go for it, you'll be glad of the extra comfort. Ours is a bit cramped sometimes especially if you are away in colder times of the year when there's no outside living. Thanks for watching, hope you get sorted :)
@@KissisAdventures Great tips thanks, I hadn't really considered too much about width. How would a 2.32m wide van fair when travelling to south spain through france/Europe and UK etc? Cheers.
@@MrFrobbo roads are great in France and Spain so size is not an issue. Scotland and France a different story. Depends how confident you are and what you've driven before. I wouldn't let it put you off your ideal van just make sure you're confident with the size. You thought of hiring one? :)
@@KissisAdventures thanks again guys. Yes I have pondered a hire, although I'm reasonably confident as used to tow a 29ft tourer caravan so have some experience. Nightmare when I ignored the road closed signs (as you do) and had to turn around 🤣, parking not particular easy without a motor mover too! The MH has dual purpose, emergency 'home' and travel. Thinking UK summer pitch to provide a base and Spain 4 months a year for warmth as parks generally close (if redundancy etc, tough times during a recession too). Any other advice more than welcome. Cheers.
Hey guys..love your van..were trying to work out the best van layout for us at the mo..do you have any regrets about the layout you chose..and if so what are they ?
Pretty happy with our layout. For 6m vans you do have to compromise on a few things. A separate shower would have been good as ours is a combined toilet/shower. One definate for us would always be to have a garage and a fixed bed. Hope this helps. :)
Just stumbled across your review. We bought a 16 reg accordo 125 during the first lockdown to compensate for the cancelled foreign holidays. Do you think you have enough power to keep the aircon working for how many hours? I'd love to have an aircon, not only for the hottest nights, but also for more more silent and secure nights (windows closed). And the microwave? Is it really a a power sucker?
Hi Josė. I'm assuming you mean running off the batteries. I only have one battery. I'm no expert but would imagine two batteries totaling at least 200ah would be better. Our solar panel is only 100w so probably at least 200w would be better to top the batteries up. With a suitable inverter there is no reason you couldn't run those items. Check out Greg Virgo or Gadget John for great tips on electrics :)
@@KissisAdventures A single 4D glass mat will give you 200AH. I have 4 of the 4Ds and a 3,000 watt inverter (+1,000W dedicated inverter for the fridge), but I still need the the generator on to run any of the A/C units.
Does this make and model, have thermal pane windows? My friend told me, that their camper will take hours to cool down and it's hard, to keep heat in and coolness inside... Are the cabinets, real wood?
Absolutely great van this is what we want when we retire. Perfect layout as well .so glad I came across this channel I'm now subs to it lol ....what is the width minus mirrors please ?
Hi. Really nice... But 3 Years warranty... That's terrible considering people do less in 3 years than they do in 1 year in a car, and a lot of cars have 5 or even 7 years warranty and cost half the price.. £60k...i only paid £180k for my house and that came with 15 year warranty.. This needs addressing...
I prefer less windows on a motorhome especially for full time living. 6 meters is just a little short and really not much difference in handling compared to a 7.5 meter rig.
@@doglifehub We bought a 7.5 Rapido and full timed in it around 20 plus countries in Europe for over a year. I was a bit nervous at first but very quickly got the detentions of it. In my opinion it’s the minimum and perfect size for full timing and many nights we spent in supermarket car parks here and there. Even being able to stop at Aldi etc to grab our supplies on the way to a campground was great. Anything smaller for full timing would be a real challenge I think. @@doglifehub just a few things I’d mention on passing from my experience… I’m guessing you guys are in the UK or Ireland as you mentioned Tesco. If you’re going to spend most of your time in Europe I’d absolutely buy a left-hand drive van. Also, we read lots on forums with lots of handy tips about security etc, like leaving a battery radio on in the van if we were gone out etc. Also we were always so careful where we wild camped (Norway anywhere Eastern Europe nowhere) For full-timing I’m glad we decided on a fixed bed for a more homely feel instead of having to pack a bed away every morning. Also glad we insisted on a separate shower instead of a shower-toilet together as this is just so impractical for full timers. Anyway I could talk about it all night lol. Hope you get round to Australia one day it’s a special place. 🙂
My friends have had 2 motorhomes stolen in a 2 year period and have now bought a holiday home instead. Their last one was a very expensive Kontiki which was stolen by "travellers" and captured on CTV but the police showed very little interest as they tend to do when dealing with certain lawless communities!!

hi, i have the 125 as well. what was the fiamma door safe lock model number, as i need to get one
Good luck
Bed/mattress length 6'. Internal bedroom length 6'6"". So a 6"" overlap to dangle your feet over. :) hope that's useful
This was a great review of your van, thanks.
Thanks, it's got everything we want and suits our needs :)
@@KissisAdventures Enjoy your Spanish adventure!
I think the engine in the Euro 6 motorhome is a 2.0 diesel with AdBlue and is 160BHP. Mine is a 2017 135 and is 2.0 ltr.
yes it uß
:) thanks for the feedback.
you mentioned an issue with your warranty?
Can you expand a bit on what you're asking? We had a warranty claim on the water heater which went on a long time. Eventually after many trips it was diagnosed as a wiring fault which was only under warranty for the first year. Ended up sorting it myself which was a good learning experience.
Nice size with fixed bed do u run it on the lpg gas or both its mostly wot worry me is cost
Hi Gary. We use mostly refillable gas and solar for 12v. Rarely use EHU. 2-3 week trip usually needs one fill of the gas, which costs about £11. Fridge runs quite efficiently on gas.
I think your air conditioner only works on 240volt hookup, I have one in my van and they are worth having..
Thanks John. Yes it is 240v and does blow. It just doesn't blow cold. I do need to get it looked at. Have you had any issues with yours?
@@KissisAdventures no issues in two years use but on some foreign sites they have very low amperage available so be careful what you hook up to. Your van is not old so I doubt much is wrong.
A/C doesn't work off of the generator too?
Cheers.
andy is your van the same model as the elddis acordo 125 ? getting confused here lol
Yes Elddis make them for Marquis too. Who are supposedly the biggest Motorhome seller in the UK. They are branded the Majestic 125.
Andy have you had any probs with this van ie damp ? Cheers
No damp problems although have had issues with water heater but now solved. You'll never get a perfect van, there'll always be something.
Hi are you sure that’s only 6m long?
Sure am. Well it's 5.99m
Just stumbled across your review. We bought a 16 reg accordo 125 during the first lockdown to compensate for the cancelled foreign holidays. Then the wife slipped a disk, then she got covid, now were in lockdown 2 with the mohome stuck on the drive in west yorkshire, wondering if were ever going to get away in it. Looking forward to seeing your adventures and maybe following in your footsteps....particularly to sleights
Hi Bernard, sorry to hear about your setbacks. Hope your wife makes a speedy recovery. It's so frustrating staring out at the van and not being able top use it. We live it's and can't wait for more adventures. Are you in the Elddis Accordo Motorhomes facebook group? Nice little group. Take care :)
Whats the copper wire you have going around the perimeter . Is it an induction loop ?
Hi. No, they're fairy lights or were. We've took them down. Although they look lovely at night, they look messy during the day. :)
@@KissisAdventures ah :) They were really thin and i couldn't make out the LED's . A really nice van and an enjoyable video . Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing
How much
Do you think you have enough power to keep the aircon working for how many hours?
@@rich7447 thanks Rich
do you need a c1 for that
No, under 3.5 tonnes
Does this make and model, have thermal pane windows? My friend told me, that their camper will take hours to cool down and it's hard, to keep heat in and coolness inside... Are the cabinets, real wood?
it has double glazed windows. cabinets are compressed wood/mdf style
Could u tell me How much to buy one like this? Thnk u.
You're probs looking at 50k new. Not a cheap pastime. Maybe 30k, 4-5 years old

Absolutely great van this is what we want when we retire. Perfect layout as well .so glad I came across this channel I'm now subs to it lol ....what is the width minus mirrors please ?
it's 2.14m, 2.6m with mirrors out. That's narrow. We have the shorter mirrors. Thanks for lovely feedback.
@@KissisAdventures sorry can i ask whats that in old school feet and inches please..cheers
How tall are you?
5' 10""
I prefer less windows on a motorhome especially for full time living. 6 meters is just a little short and really not much difference in handling compared to a 7.5 meter rig.
We're thinking of going full-time. Are 7.5 metres okay for tecso car parks etc?
@@doglifehub We bought a 7.5 Rapido and full timed in it around 20 plus countries in Europe for over a year. I was a bit nervous at first but very quickly got the detentions of it. In my opinion it’s the minimum and perfect size for full timing and many nights we spent in supermarket car parks here and there. Even being able to stop at Aldi etc to grab our supplies on the way to a campground was great. Anything smaller for full timing would be a real challenge I think. Good luck so jealous that you’re doing that because it was the best time of my life and will do it again… in Australia now 🙂
@@LuckyRufey Thanks for thatI I have experience of driving large vehicles but not for a while. We are really looking forward to it. I can work from the van so it makes it very doable for us. We are beginning to downsize and sell stuff in readiness for it. I'd love to visit Australia. It's on my list lol
Bed size?
About the size of a regular double, queen size. We use fitted sheets for a queen anyway
Is it that unsafe in U.K. & Europe that extra locks needed?
Theft of motorhomes and campervans is quite common. Some people spend a lot of money on their pride and joy so worth the extra security investment :)
You can’t have enough locks on as far as I’m concerned, there’s some horrible people out there.
My friends have had 2 motorhomes stolen in a 2 year period and have now bought a holiday home instead.
Their last one was a very expensive Kontiki which was stolen by "travellers" and captured on CTV but the police showed very little interest as they tend to do when dealing with certain lawless communities!!
Sorry guys
Just seen Hyundai have come out with a cracking motor home starting at 42k dollars!! (see RUclips) if that has 7 year warranty!!!!
Yyyaaaaawwwnnnn!!
You need a ione battery 🔋 everyone says they are great 👍
Would love one when the price comes down a bit :)

Can you drive it on a normal car license thanks .
I think so, as it is 3.3 tonnes. I'm old enough to have the old style C1 allowance on my licence. I think on the newer licences you can drive up to 3.5 tonnes.
