what about how the shoes actually work? I slide on my toes, does the slider hinge?
So many unanswered questions for what could have been the best curling show video online.

Hi Chris, thank you for the feedback. We focus more on the slider specifics in the individual shoe videos as each shoe is a little bit different. I'll be shooting some new videos this year so will keep this in mind. I try to put as much info as possible into the videos while keeping them at 3 minutes or less. Almost all sliders are split and hinged now (except Hardline/Asham disc shoes, and shoes with very thin sliders) and will accommodate both a flat foot and tuck delivery. Check out some of my other videos if you are interested in a specific model as more detail is provided around the slider. Scott

Was hoping for info on dipped and wedge to help in picking shoes.

Matt Helm Hi Matt, I don’t know much about the wedge but here is information on Toe Coating. I won’t play without it. ruclips.net/video/mdph58MEC44/видео.html

Is it possible to skate like a normal skater with curling shoes?...Thanks

Hi Alan, curling shoes only have a slider on one foot so you wouldn't be able to skate like hockey skates. The other foot is designed for gripping the ice. You can push on the gripping foot and slide around but would be a totally different experience vs ice skating.

@@ancushing1 Why do you want that lol?

@@ancushing1 My thought is that you can buy two pairs of curling shoes, one for right-handed, one for left-handed. Then you will have a pair of shoes with sliding pads on both. However, I'm also curious on why you want that haha.

Would you do a review of the Olsen Jack Neo Sports?

Hi David, thank you for the comment. I am not currently stocking the Olson Jack shoe so wouldn't be able to do an appropriate review on it.
