    Ingredients for chicken marination:
    Chicken cubes 1 kg
    Salt to taste
    Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Garam masala 1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Ingredients for vegetable spread:
    Mayonnaise 1 cup
    Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
    Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
    Tomatoes (julienne) 1 cup
    Cucumber (julienne) 1 cup
    Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Ingredients for sandwich sauce:
    Mayonnaise 1 cup
    Ketchup 1/3 cup
    Mustard paste 1 tbsp
    Honey 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Hot sauce 1 tbsp
    Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
    Ingredients for cream cheese mixture:
    Cream cheese 1 cup
    Cream 1/2 cup
    Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
    Ingredients for assembling:
    Bread slices 12
    Vegetable spread as required
    Chicken (shredded & chopped) as required
    Sandwich sauce as required
    Cream cheese frosting as required
    Lettuce (shredded) as required
    Cucumber for garnish
    Chicken cubes for garnish
    Cherry tomatoes for garnish
    Carrots for garnish
    Black olive for garnish
    Directions:
    In a bowl add chicken, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and mix. Marinate it for 30 minutes at least.
    For vegetable spread in a bowl add mayo, cabbage, capsicum, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and mix all these ingredients well. Veggie spread is ready.
    For sandwich sauce take another bowl add mayo, ketchup, mustard paste, honey, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, hot sauce, chili flakes and whisk all these things well. Your sauce is ready. Set aside.
    For cream cheese mixture in a bowl add cream cheese, cream, mayonnaise and mix it all well. Your cream cheese mixture is ready. Set aside.
    For cooking chicken: Now in a pan heat oil, add marinated chicken and cook until fully tender on medium low flame.
    Let the cooked chicken cool down a bit then shred half of the chicken.
    Start assembling your cake by placing 4 bread slices on a cake tray and make a big square shape. Add first layer of vegetable spread, then spread shredded chicken and drizzle sandwich sauce on top. Cover it with four more bread slices and repeat the same process.
    Now coat your sandwich cake with cream cheese frosting evenly on every side.
    Garnish your cake with lettuce, cucumber slices, chicken cubes, cherry tomatoes, carrots and black olives. You can serve it cold or on room temperature.
    And your tasty chicken sandwich cake is ready to serve.
