- Hey party people! thanks for hanging out with me while I share with you what is new at Costco this new year! New at costco 2022! Wow! I hope you enjoy watching all of the new goodies that Costco has for 2022. I shop around the new furniture section, they have some outdoor stuff, they had a lot of new books that amazed me, some toys, the clothes are always a great deal! What else did they have? A few new food items, but not too many. Thanks so much for hanging out with me to see everything new that costco has!

More shopping with Shania! I just can't get enough. Mornings with Kim makes the day brighter. One thing Costco has taught me in 2022 is that we have to work out or buy loungewear and snacks. My choice is made! Thank you for bringing a heaping cart full of happy. Shine on, Kim! xoxo

To help with dishwasher smell, never completely close the door between washes. This helps air to circulate inside the dishwasher and not get stinky 😁. The lower the decibels (dba) the more quiet. Bosch is a great quiet dishwasher.

BORON or BORAX ( 100 % mineral. Alsp its good for humans just need the made for humans Amazon) WILL GET RID OF OR CLEAN OFF THE CALCIUM BUILD UP!!
I leave mine open as well. Also, since we do a lot of cooking and use our dishwasher a lot you might need to check the little drain/strainer thingy in the bottom of the dishwasher and clean it out regularly. I also use the dishwasher cleaner every other month (it's a little cleaning tablet) or run a cycle of vinegar thru it. Both cleaning methods work great for me, I just use whichever one I have on hand at the time.
And, get one with stainless steal racks instead of plastic :)

Kim, for your dishwasher, the filter may need to be cleaned. Mine was getting yucky just before Thanksgiving. I watched some YT videos for my make and model. Then checked the drain hose. It was almost completely clogged. Opted to replace it versus cleaning the nasty thing. The new hose was $14 at home depot and my adult son was able to do the repair for his mama. Something to look into before shelling out $1k+. Just a suggestion.
The only woman I know who can put on several pairs of glasses in a row and look amazing in every single pair! Also, I love your sweater!

KIM!! there’s a way to clean out you dishwasher under the agitator… i guess. i’ve seen videos on tiktok but i’m sure you can find it on youtube. it’s where all the food and stuff collects. maybe that would help the smell and it’ll clean better… worth a shot before you buy a whole new one.
Kim! My mom has all white dishes but gets them from thift stores so theyre all white & “cohesive” but didnt cost nearly as much as a real set. I love that theyre all a little different too

Kim, if you are looking for shelves that fit bins, Lowes' has the Commander brand of black storage bins with yellow lids and a corresponding set of shelves that the bins fit on. We have these in our storage unit and they are awesome!

We moved into a new home in Sept and I love their dishwasher! It’s a kitchen aid like the one you showed. It’s practically SILENT. It’s amazing.
Kim loved that you mention both Becky and Amanda in this video! They are both AMAZING and definitely give you motivation. Between you and Becky both posting cranberry salsa at Christmas time I had to try it for myself and man was it just 👌 so good!

@@thewadsquad true so many great ones! Becky has has giving me the kick I needed to actually start canning and freezer meals, while you give me the motivation for freezer meals and trying new things. I’m going back to work next week aft a long maternity leave for number 5 so I’ll be prepping this weekend into next week freezer meals for my hubby to throw in oven while I’m working my 10 hour shifts.

Hey hey hey lovely lady, oh snaps this must be my lucky day, I am not the one to share my life story out on you tube but I have to say today get that notification on you tube that you up loaded a video after the event that happen last night, as you heard before I am a single mama of 4 that just had a two year battle with cancer and surgery was able to get it all yahoo, but after the 6 week recovery I had got an infection and was in some pain and discomfort but carried on being a mom UNTIL, Yesterday was I was rushed into emergency surgery and I’ll I could think of is I just wanna be home with my feet up watching the wads on RUclips because you have brought so much happiness and brightness into this home I couldn’t be more thankful, so today was a day when you popped up I truly needed and answered everything I needed :) thank you and hope your Costco hail was amazing and cannot wait to see what our Costco has and hope they have the same goodies you show that the kids and I would love to try :) we hope you have a safe and great day from our fam jam to yours sorry about the fast fingers if anything is mis spelled but this meds don’t help any either when recovering lol 😂

I bought a Bosch Dishwasher through Costco about two years ago it was around $1200 it has a third rack and a filter you can remove to clean it I love it.
Costco hauls are legit the best! You guys have soo much variety in comparison to us in the UK. I’m popping down to Costco today. Can’t wait to see what they have🤩

Costco online has shelves for the bins!! I just saw them the other night and debated redoing our entire basement with it.

They are also in the store but mot easy to load. The will be near the back by the automotive and tools items. Probably a generator is back there as well.

An air bnb we stayed at had a Mikasa plate set. It didn't have a design in the side it was plain... I LOVED it. If I ever replace our current dishes or wanted fancy ones I would hunt them down. Oh and another air bnb had the best towels ever. I took a picture of the tag. 🤣🤣🤣

I got my Eufy robot vacuum from Amazon when my regular vacuum died last year... best purchase I've ever made in my ENTIRE LIFE! I love it SO MUCH. I discovered a RUclips channel called Vacuum wars and bought their pick for the best budget option and have been beyond pleased with it.

Hey hey...I think it's awesome you watch Becky from Acre Homestead too, love her videos she has me dreaming of breads, dehydrated herbs, and more! I had to buy a new dishwasher this fall, and I got a Bosch.....love it, cleans even the baked on stuff no problem, worth the 700 I paid. Wishing for warmer weather to come...we are in our Jan deep freeze month....2nd night of -45c yikes!!
Hi Kim, Happy new year!!! Just a quick pro tip... There has to be a sifter in you dish washer just take it out and clean it with soapy water ;) If you don't know how to find it, just google the instructions ;) And don't throw your limes away, after you used them throw it in you dish washer (ad your normal cleaning products too) keeps it natural sanitized and it smells like brand new. hugs from Germany. =)
Those $11 plush blankets ARE THE BEST! I have gifted and kept many over the years! The whole family loves them!
The dollar store has decent dishes. You can order whole sets online to your local store. I got 12 pack of white square bowls, large plates, small plates and mugs. Looks super cohesive and much cheaper than other stores. They have held up great! People think they are expensive when they come over lol.
Hey Kim, there is a filter in the bottom of the dishwasher under the rack that you can take out and clean it. It could just be dirty and harboring smells.

The shark self cleaning works! I was always cutting the hair out of my vaccum roller so I gave it a try and I have never cut anything off the shark vaccum!
I HIGHLY recommend that dolly from Costco!!! Goofy testimony: we bought it last year and it's been one of the best investments I think we've ever made! It's come up so much that we could use it! It turns into a pull cart thing, too, that moves up and down stairs easily. I even used it decorated to push a pile of kids 😂😭 We go to auctions and help friends often and stuff, so my husband just keeps it in the back of his truck. But it was a game changer lol

Kim Cascade makes a dishwasher cleaner. Also I would always rinse my dishes well before loading. I bought a Bosh. Stainless steel inside only. Also throwing in a cup of vinegar in your machine if unable to get cascade helps too!
Love watching your Costco videos. I don't know if it's just cos I'm in the UK but even in Costco the prices seem so expensive especially for the food.

Hey, Kim common cause of poor cleaning and smelly dishwasher is the drain filter at the bottom. It collects gunk and needs to be cleaned. While you're at it, the gaskets could use a cleaning. Look up the owners manual or a RUclips video for your model. Every couple months, I dump a couple cups of vinegar in the bottom and run (I do it with a load). Good luck.

Sharing Best GF Brownie recipe: 1 can Black beans, 3 eggs, 3 T Coconut oil, 4 T cocoa powder, 1 pinch salt, 1 t vanilla, 3/4 C Sugar, sprinkle choc. chips - mix with high power blender - pour into parchment covered 8X8 - 350 for 30 - OMG - so good

I absolutely love the strawberry liquid I. V. And I do not usually like any drink mixes or sports drinks. I dehydrate easily snd this has been a life saver, I like it so much I would choose this just as a drink over my usual Diet Dr Pepper.
