    We need to pass legislation to control these hot summers in a desert and freezing temps in the arctic...

    Open up your churches, open up your gymnasium open up the Cardinals stadium open up the YMCA open up your nightclubs that are only open after 10 PM. Open up your skating rinks that are only functional after 5 PM. A lot of these homeless people are judged and all they want is some cool air to relieve themselves. You never know these people are getting a heat stroke and I see people getting kicked off of the light rail who use it as a cool system during the summer.

      These people need to get a place to stay, or keep it moving. The valley is not a homeless shelter, that's what California is for.
