I'm suprised people dont take advantage of the bonus HP and bring red Liz lol. I have red Griamore, Arthur, and Twigo with Liz on sub. My team has 60% bonus HP and each one of my units heal for 9k HP per turn lmao it's so toxic. That's without investing into HP substats on my gear on all my units too.

I've been using a team like: Twigo, big damage, red +30% health Red griamore, Gives shield, all units hp +15% in pvp Red arthur - Buff's griamore for better shield, or twgo for more damage, Aand also raises humans hp by 15% Red elizabith - Heal ability, Rejuvinate ult, And heals units that take damage, 10% of their max hp every turn, and with all those hp buffs, they all get +60% health, so big heals. I can't do geared, but it works kinda well on auto, on non-geared (though i'm only gold atm)
A few insights that might help your matchups against KingBroum or really any of them. Hold your rank up cards and go for a lvl 3 Buff card from Arthur, once you have immunity to debuffs, you're unstoppable. Don't forget that Arthur's rank 2 on his first skill will disable healing skills, this will shut down King. Use it with an aoe attack seal from Gowther to shut them down while you build alts.
When I play challenger, I only get 145-160k enemy... but you got so many low cc opponent :( wish I had those too But yeah love twigo ! Gonna build him too

He actually has less base health and defense than arthur, and arthur gives lifesteal and huge buffs, that 30% extra HP is no joke though, and they probably realize they can nuke him down fast(ish) overall I think Twigo is pretty solid. I've been using a team like:

The animation of the single target attack from Red Escanor is similar at Twigo´s single target if you think about it
What to do when you are bored doing nothing in quarantine:
RedGowther + RedArthur + Another Dmg dealer + (Green Merlin). You can try this combo with every other character, I would work most of the time.
