Kung low carb rice ang hanap ni Stell ay suggest ko yung shirataki rice..matagal ang tyagaan sa preparation pero worth it naman sa diet 80% less carbs sa white rice.
Ahh quinoa is good for the heart din at pwede cya s salad ilagay, s rice kpag nagsain ka pero ad water kc 1 is to 2 ang quinoa s water, ang gagawin jn laga mo muna cya 1 cup in 2 cups water boil 15 mins in low fire after boil then kpg malamig na pwede u lagay s ref in a clean container then lagay mo n lng cya s salad, s kanin o any food pwede cya... Lasang brocolli lng cya..... Maliliit yan n prang fish pellet.... Try nyo healthy food yan❤
Try din ma chop ng maraming kamatis or cubes na malilit, tanggalin lahat ang buto. Salain dahil watery.tapos kung mayroon kang coriander chop mo rin wag masyadong marami at feta cheese. Mix altogether quinoa, tomato chop, coriander and feta cheese. Yong dressing is lemom lime juice, gadgarin mo rin yong balat nya yong dilaw lng na part and haluin sa salad.yong lemon juice mix mo cla ng 1 spoon na olive oil at table salt lime.tikman yong sauce kung ok ang alat at yon na ihalo lahat at kainin.sobrang sarap
