This is great thank you! I keep seeing a blue face with jewel-like things across the forehead. I feel like it's feminine. Also, I've started to hear someone talking to me. My experience with the Blue Avians and the Mantis Beings has been very different and I definitely experience them as two separate groups of consciousness - both very high frequency and higher dimensional from completely different realms altogether. So they do have some similarities. You can of course experience these group differently. There are factions of negative and more benevolent Mantis Beings so it is important to be cautious when channeling to ensure you are protected and not connected to false light beings.

On March 13, 2024 I had a dream. It is as follows: “I remember being taken away by a spiritual man. I think we were in another realm. He showed me a pregnant woman with a blue arm and belly.
