Of course, I'm aware that dambe fighters are vulnerable to long range kicks, like from taekwondo and karate, but believe me, there are top of the range fighters who have incorporated modern martial arts into their routines.

That took some balls mate. The entire situation before the fight itself could have gone wrong at any point. To have the courage to then get into the ring, after all of the intimidation just before it… incredible. I’ve just done 10 days of Muay Thai training but was still a long way off sparring, so this is mad. I’m not sure that I’m ready for a trip to Kano just yet! Bali will do for now

We did Karate and Boxing all our lives. I give you credit! It can be very scary. Your only real mistake is you turned your back on your opponent. You would have been a good fighter because you have the main thing what it takes. Courage and being able to handle a bit of pain. Never never turn you back. Keep your eyes on their eyes. They tell you everything they will do. The opponent always looks first at the target they are going for. It's just a flash and you need to beat them to the draw. Congrats on your first real fight.

We did Karate and Boxing all our lives. I give you credit! It can be very scary. Your only real mistake is you turned your back on your opponent. You would have been a good fighter because you have the main thing what it takes. Courage and being able to handle a bit of pain. Never never turn you back. Keep your eyes on their eyes. They tell you everything they will do. The opponent always looks first at the target they are going for. It's just a flash and you need to beat them to the draw. Congrats on your first real fight.
