Lovely car, but the main problem is that it has no battery cooling, which means that the battery is going to get a real battering, and it is likely to end up like the old Nissan Leaf, with about 60 miles of range after a few years due to degradation of the cells. Please can you encourage Dacia to provide, even as an extra, battery cooling whereever possible.
It is nice but the range of 130 miles is a problem, that is not far enough, 250 minimum is needed to be honest and if it was 300 miles I would want to buy.
Could have shown us what the back seats are like. I'm just disappointed I was looking forward to a Dacia EV but there's too much putting me off 1) Range - just isn't enough for rural and motorway 2) The size - it looks small 3) What are the passenger seats like and only sits 4 4) not able to test drive it 5).not able to see it in person before ordering - nope too much money to just buy on a whim Why not make the duster the next hybrid
Looking forward to a test drive in October - would be good to know if you will be able to get the commercial conversion kit like you can in the Sandero etc - game changer if you have dogs!
Right hand drive version to UK specifications hasn't been built yet, there will be four months waiting list. After talking to a sales people, what came as a surprise that , home charging using an ordinary 13 amp three pin socket, you need to purchase the optional extra yellow cable at £ 180
Only things I don’t like is the ‘safety kit’ being forced on us by EU once again. Lane assist is dangerous, I don’t need traffic sign recognition as it’s built into my head! Yes you can switch it off by why am I paying for stuff I don’t want. What happened to Dacia everything you need nothing you don’t!?
It's not forced by the EU on the UK. Car makers aren't going to make a car especially for the UK even if the UK legislation relaxes. The UK will always get what the EU gets. That's one of the reasons why Brexit was silly.

Hi Dennis, the first batch of the All-New Dacia Spring 100% electric is due to arrive to the UK in October. We will be releasing information regarding test drives nearer the time. In the meantime you can visit our website for all upcoming information and news here bit.ly/3NxZFT2 Thanks!
I think its practical and the price is right. If I didn't have a cheap electric car already I'd have one. However the rest of the sales pitch is nonsense
Good value but the colour choice isn't good - nothing I like really. Iron blue might have tempted me but you dont offer it. Dont like the copper accents - whats wrong with silver that goes with everything? Dont like the white bits on the front nor the white Dacia logo. Again, why aren't they silver?

I would of 100% brought one if the range was better. 250 mile
Same
If that was the range, the price would've been much higher. Plus, it is a city car. For driving around the town, the range is decent.
Looks tempting, but I would not put a deposit on one until I could test drive it.

The equivalent of £10,000 in Germany and Romania. UK over 30% more!!
But that's not true, is it? In Romania it starts from €16.900 which is £14.500.

If you drive this on the motorway or in the country then sell it and buy an old land rover with the money
Made in China not in Romania.. Very little foot space for the rear passengers. Bad repairability..
Just doesn't go far enough on a charge. I'm out.

Dacia has to obey the law.

But at least the passports are blue again 😂
@grigorig8403 yeah, such a win 🏆

WHY SO EXPENSIVE? NO CYLINDERS ETC..SHOULD BE 1/2 THIS PRICE
Expensive 😂
When can you actually test drive one in the
U.K. ?

@@DaciaUKAlso, do you guys know Jimmy Wales.
The lack of split folding rear seats limits practicality.
At least the seats fold down

Is there any other “cheap” EV? Nothing comes close to the price tag of the Spring.
@@simimy97 I agree.
@@ziggarillo just of out curiosity, what do you have?
👌👌👌👌
Interested but yet to see anything that gives me an idea of the room in the rear. What current car would the interior room compare to?
It's very small. Maybe like a Hyundai I10 or a VW up.
No driving
