The farmer's friends are deep-compost beds, and closely managed rotational, successive, bio-diverse pasturing methods. Animals wallowing in feces and urine in a confined space on a concrete floor is unsanitary and unhealthy for the livestock, the humans raising them, and the humans consuming them and their products. Unfortunately, a robotic shit-vacuum does little to nothing to improve this unsanitary model. It's a testament to the waste and illogic of such industrial methodology. Imagine the resources and time spent to create this product... Imagine the money the farmer has to spend to purchase it just so he or she doesn't slip in their livestock's waste! Even after being vacuumed, there is nothing to break down the remaining residue of waste and the harmful pathogens that will remain on the floor. This product is an embarrassing "band-aid" for an embarrassing problem.
