My GW has lost their minds. Prices are insane and I saw maybe 3 people actually check out with very few items while I was there. Cheapest shirt worth buying was $10.98. Mostly Bealls Outlet and Walmart brands. Chicos, American Eagle, Old Navy etc were up to $18.98 each. A bunch of people were loudly protesting the raise in prices because you may as well go buy brand new since all the stores have been having clearance sales with deep discounts. GW in Florida better get their act together. There's thrift stores everywhere that have "stuff the bag" sales where you end up paying less than a buck per item. Nobody *has* to shop at GW...Ok rant over Lol. Glad your stores still appreciate their customers 😊
I’m in Maryland and there are some random ones for whatever reason are cheap yet, but others are pretty much asking right on eBay prices and sometimes more than eBay. I have no idea how they are gonna survive as a business. Just generic toasters or blenders that are disgusting dirty they want like $15 for, and brand new shipped to your door off Amazon with free 30 day returns is only like $5-$10 on this same stuff. I seriously feel like they are self sabotaging themselves for some reason
I bought over 100 Lenox Village spice and condiment pieces for $120. I looked at selling in multiple sets - had 3 complete sets of 24, several loose, and several condiment sets. I mocked what shipping would be - materials, extra boxing, etc. Though it would have been nice to sell all at once, I opted to sell individual. Some were ~$200, some $150, some $100.. majority under $50. After I did the math, I made more after all said selling everything individually. Sometimes you have to pick your battles. Sometimes its more work for more money. BTW, every one I sold ... no complaints from buyers.
Your Goodwills are so clean and organized. The ones in my area of GA are so junky. Things piled on shelves and dirty. And prices all over the place. How I would love to shop at yours!
Little fun thrift fact for everyone! Just remember if you see dungeon and dragon books! Bye them! Fast because I find them and I always sell them quick! And for a good price!
You have a great eye for things! I fail to see how the spice rack was still there for you. You'd think that it would be gone almost before it hit the shelves!
I have 2 of the Farberware Millenium pans like the one you looked at. Can’t get a lot for resale but they’re great for personal use, they have a thick heavy bottom so no warping like a lot of cheap pans.
Crazy how cheap you get stuff at goodwill there. Not sure where you are, but here in Newark OH, which isn’t a “nice” or even populated area, stuff is a lot more. Their Funko Pops are usually like $7.99-$9.99, shoes are usually $12 and up, even tees are usually $4 and up
My goodwill has higher prices on clothes, tshirts are $5.29, all sweatshirts are $7.49 and they mark up anything halfway decent in jackets and coats to $17.99 usually, the only halfway deal is jeans at $5.49, they used to do vests at 3.99 but even they are 7.49 now and all hats are $4, they recently have been going back down a little on shoes, but still are always 15-20 for anything decent, I still kill them though however I can, picked up an hba haul there the other day that will turn about $75 into +$600
I think the Pillsbury Spice Rack is a BOLO for sure & don’t think you will sit on it too long! My Goodwill in Virginia has priced everything up, so it’s hard to find anything really good 👍
Dustin once again you score big time man!Way to go..you gave 100 bucks and you 'll earn about 300-400 bucks profit without adding the Vintage Pillsbury glasses!Boy this looks so 80s or 90s vintage beautiful drawings shape and decoration! If not 400$ you can still hit the 300 bucks range to this vintage beauty.
Hey! Been getting into reselling recently but feel like I’m spending too much money on shipping. Could you do a video on how you ship? (where you get boxes/envelopes, do you use eBay shipping labels or USPS, etc.) thanks!
Got to consider the cost of individually shipping those spice jars, for the benefit of the doubt lets say they weight around 10oz once packed up and padded. That's around $5 each jar to ship out (ignoring bundled orders), so $120 to ship out all the jars, plus 24 packing boxes, plus a considerable layer of padding on each of the 24 jars and lids, etc. In my opinion that's not worth it whatsoever, and that's not even considering the room the items take up while you're waiting for them to sell, the time to picture and list them individually, and the risk of individually shipping out 24 fragile items that are just begging to break in transit. I'm definately not opposed to splitting up complete sets when it makes my job easier or much more profitable, but for this item parting it out sounds like it would be a very poor decision. Instead, just pre-pack it, and just undercut the lowest price on the market by like $20-$30.
I have a question. When you buy something that has a goodwill marker marking on it how do you get it off? For example, the monster truck that you bought had a marker marking.
The quick what you bought for but not sold (or listed for) at the end too quickly to keep up with what it is worth...like your videos.. but seems too rushed...
Love the goodwill ❤do more of these please ❤

Good thrift and Harley shirt and Nike windbreaker is my favor. The spice jar with the rack is cool find.
Excellent finds!

Another good video

Looks like you should piece out the Pillsbury rack.
Too many up for sale, and would be easier to ship one piece at a time, too.
Have to balance piecing out vs keeping a venerable item together. Piece out an incomplete set, keep one that is whole and in great condition!

Hi Dustin. I enjoy your videos. I'm interested in the Pillsbury spice rack.
Are all the jars w lids and no damage? Also condition of rack good too?
Thanks nice hauls!
Love the spice rack
Those bath bombs were recently on sale at Costco, could have been a good arbitrage item.
I sold that grave digger for 30. The guy just wanted the body. Love the spice rack!!!!
Awesome video!
Can u please make a video about the electronics you flip and what to look out for? Thanks
Do you usually put your price a little lower than other listing to sell items faster?
Your lucky, since the new website launch my goodwill doesn’t put out ANYTHING good!
I have a question. When you buy something that has a goodwill marker marking on it how do you get it off? For example, the monster truck that you bought had a marker marking.
Goof off or goo gone.
Omg if they made that destroyer of worlds thing with Beerus from DBZ I'd be all over it
I always try to get my 10% military discount at these places, Goodwill is every Tuesday, amd Salvation Army is everyday.
omg. is that the 1:10 grave digger. if so $$$$&. I couldn’t find one for Christmas. No remote though?
It didn't have the remote.
So how are you doing with the new house goal.
man i wldnt even bother with that pillsburry stuff ....i sure will now ....LOL
Hello 😊
Hi Jeanetta!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Do i need a resale certificate or sellers permit to constantly sell on ebay?
777th like! Tomorrow is half off day at Salvation Army near me, hopefully that’s good luck!
We don't get new stock carts 😭
Cool pillsbury stuff. Your goodwill prices seem to be fairly reasonable still..
What’s going on with the Dream Home Challenge series?
I'll have an update on it soon
I'm going to need to request a refund. My mind was not blown.
Hey Oh!!!!
You missed so much pillsbury doughboy stuff when you found the kitchen set.
👍
Should people pay to promote their listings??
I do. I promote at the minimum of 2%
Where are the people...
I edit around people during my thrift store videos.
The quick what you bought for but not sold (or listed for) at the end too quickly to keep up with what it is worth...like your videos.. but seems too rushed...
What’s insane about this pick?
Can you post before and after how fast it sold
