Just run from her when her shield is activated as not only you can't touch her she can deal crazy damage. When shield is over you can damage her as usual.
Jack bulwark's shadow fortress is pretty good to block fireguard spammers, just do the lower weapon attack to block Edit : Shangs shadow protection can actually take huge amounts of damage even when it has 1 hp left, it just needs to be in 1 attack and you will be fine Edit 2 : Heres a bug for training mode, when fighting against a sarge he can do the upper attack twice in 1 second, instead of just 2 hits he can do 3
