Great helpful video. I just did mine and used anti seize on the axle splines and and your video made it so easy. Greasing my bearings on newer low mileage Polaris 570 seemed like a lot. Grease gun with full tube with short side handle took about thirty pumps until grease started coming out in all 4 bearings. Also rear axle splines had plenty of factory anti seize but fronts not much. Good time with tires off to touch up any metal parts with see face rust with new paint. Thx
Great video. How did you remove hub caps? What size socket is required to remove castle nuts? What size wrench is required to remove brake calipers? Ranger 570 Midsize. Thanks
WoW!! Can you not do things on your own?? Like maybe do your own research and look up that simple information? Come on man, answers to your questions are soooo not hard to find. Try doing SOME things for yourself!!
Glad to hear , I picked up the bearing tools 0RO-4BG40, 0RO-4BG35. at the cost of $89.58 yesterday ,well they still have them in stock . I bought a used 2022 570 with 200 miles about a month ago . Did the cvt exhaust mod , now to do the bearings . All this for a piece of mind . B4 I go riding
@@TOWIIBRAVO so this morning I took my bike for a ride and noticed squeaking, so I ordered all the stuff to do mine thx for the Video! And possibly saving lots of money in the long run!
Polaris is somewhat notorious about factory greasing the bearings. I've heard on several forums they don't apply enough grease before they ship the machines out. Better safe than sorry.

Thank you for the video. I ordered the epi greaser and did my bearings using your video.
Well, I learned a lot. Thanks for doing this.
Just a suggestion, next time crack the castle nut (but dont remove) with the machine in the ground and tire on.
You did good, man!
Great Job! I wonder why the bushings are that dry? I'd assume from the factory. Good catch though.
New from factory it would take 20 - 25 pumps to get grease to shoot out.
Are they not a sealed bearing?
You can also put it in 4 wheel drive and it will also hold the hubs
Thanks. Does this have to be done on a 22 or 23 model? I thought they were sealed bearings and didn’t need this maintenance
I put 1600km on my 2021 570 and had to go back to dealership cause all four bearings were shot and rear bushings were shot too
The splines on the hub should have antiseize

Now that you grease them every third ride .
How well are they holding up ?
Good. No problems. Probably overkill but it’s not that hard.

What size is the wheel bearing grease tool? Is it the same for front and rear?
He said in video front is 35mm rear is 40mm
So I have the same ATV and wondering why you had to grease the bearings, when the owner Manuel said you don’t need to until 200hrs?
Being proactive. They were all very dry.

When you go through water/mud maintenance of bearing is necessary, Bearings come from factory with little or no grease.

@@johnw2167 There are some owners out there that will grease the bearings after each ride where their machine touches mud or water.
Im curious when yoy went to do them the next time what was the condition? Were they dry or still had plenty of grease?
Because Polaris cheaps out on everything they do, including putting almost zero grease in their wheel bearings.
Are they not a sealed bearing?
Hi, what is the wheel castle nut socket size please?
What size of wheel bearing greaser
What size tool for a 2021 570? 44mm
Wheel Lugs has a torque of 27 ft lbs.
Very informative video. I'll be doing same next week. Thanks for the know how. Where did you get the a arm guards?
What size is that? Same for front and rear?
What year what size I have a 2022
How often do you do this?
I do it every 3 rides regardless of miles.
What size Grease fittings do I need for the 570 and would you happen to know if they would fit my 850 too?
