Great video man! I have a 2021 premium w/ 1100 hours on it and just got back from local atv repair shop. They told me I needed 4 bearings and priced me 670 bones at 4 hours of labor/parts. Needless to say, this should save me some cheese and just wanted to say thanks! 👍
Do you you grease the bearings after every ride to get the water out?

You’re very welcome Bart! I would definitely recommend greasing them after every ride in which they get submerged.
Also, brand new bearings will take like 10-15 pumps of grease until they are full. They only come lightly greased! Found out the hard way. Anywhere there’s not grease, there’s AIR and space for water to live. Careful not to over-grease em tho as you’ll pop em right apart or blow the seals right out. Stop at the first sign of resistance or grease coming out.
      Great machine, love em!

Mine is 2014, it is the same procedure?

How often do you need to grease the bearings?

      After every deep water excursion!

Even greasing them regularly, torquing axle nut properly, still had to replace them at least once a year. Brake pads were far worse. Would eat a set every few rides unless I bought solid brass pads which aren’t very grabby. Drive belt was the opposite, never slipped once, original belt in both machines.
I have just sold both btw within the last couple weeks. Empty garage at the moment

STOP greasing when you saw the grease start to come out! You blew out what little seal those are.

I can get 14-full pumps of grease into brand new bearings! 🤷🏻‍♂️😂
