Nice of you to spotlight Neil. Not that he needed any help he’s been putting them down for years but love seeing you guys make it happen getting me amped up for this fall.
Good vid. It ain't Jeff. But we take what we can get. You have to watch the sled going down hills. Even small ones. One ran into my leg,out of the woods the rest of the season.
I'm thinking the same thing as some other commenter s , I bet you shot that brow tine off with the first encounter 🤔. If that's the case you won't find it because it's probably in the next county. Great hunt👍
Hey fellas! Great hunt. Question. I noticed Neil doesn’t wear rubber boots. I cant die to ankle issues. Any suggestions for non rubber good tracking boots? Thanks.
I never understood the deal with the jet sled. So your miles in the woods shoot a buck walk miles out to get a sled then come back in and haul the deer out? Silly. Just drag the dam deer out. I wonder if Larry Benoit came back in with a sled? Hahha
I drug a 200 pounder for about 75 yards once on flat ground, after about killing myself I went and got the sled to drag the rest of the 325 yards. One of the smartest choices I ever made. I estimate it took about 85% less effort.
So why would you not have the go pro on not once but twice when you saw the buck?? Congrats on your buck, but having the kill shot on video is really the only thing we as viewers want to see. It seems to be a trend these days to put out videos with no kill shots. I disapprove
Hi Mike, these creator spotlight videos are a chance for new creators to gain exposure on my channel. It’s very challenging to self film, and get the shot on camera. I’ve been lucky to film a few myself but I’ve also made mistakes. When tracking the seconds count, Neil harvested a nice buck here. I’m sure you can find lots of kill shots on RUclips.
Just another video that doesn't have the actual shot in it. Second, the whispering in beyond annyoing...as are the ridiculously large captions. Shoot the video, that includes some actually hunting footage, and do a voiceover over in postproduction...and, for the love of God, keep the captions an unobtrusive size. Still, a nice deer. Congrats.
It was pretty much impossible to get the shot on camera while tracking and self filming until I invented The Doyle View but it’s still a good story & hunt and I like to help new creators like Neil get their content out there for people to see.

Great job on the crunch buddy! Bam!
Nice job … congrats!!! Gotta keep that GoPro rolling!!! 👊🏻
Beautiful buck, what a day for you in the woods! God bless all of our deer hunters.
Hahahaha!! I got a good laugh out of you asking the moose where the deer were.
Great job Neil! Congrats on a beaut of a buck! (Nice hat Doug)😉🤙🦌
The way hunting should be! Congratulations and awesome buck
Great video I hunt the big woods in new brunswick Canada
Congrats, good hunt Chief and nice buck
that was great congrats.this was a tuff year not much snow

Which bullet, did you get a pass through? Thanks.
It was the 225 grain .45 cal sold by Woodman Arms
Yes it was a pass through
Ohhhhh that is soooo painful having that tiny twig screw up your shot 😭 congrats on a great buck!!!!!
So much for the idea of brush bucking slugs, if a muzzleloader isn't going to do it.
You are the perfect example of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing...or no knowledge in your case.
Wow!
I'm thinking the same thing as some other commenter s , I bet you shot that brow tine off with the first encounter 🤔.

Great hunt👍
It’s a good possibility!
OH NO BUCKS I DIDN'T KNOW THEY HAVE HORNS 🤘 HAHAHA

You can head over to the Tracking 200 Facebook Group, there have been some threads and discussions on boots there you might find helpful.
Nice Buck! Congratulations
What if you shot the browntine off 🤣 also I’m from Brookline NH!
What kinda scope covers are those
Kool hunt 🎯👍🏻🎅🎄👊🏻
Nice buck! Way to go!!!
Neil looks cold in this.

Sled definitely makes it a lot easier. It’s also better for the cape if you plan on taking it to a taxidermist.
Go back to the truck, drive as close as you can to the deer and go back with jet sled.
Maybe on bare ground. But snow I don’t see it being worth it. I guess everyone does it differently.
@@craigkowalczyk3516 it’s also a end of muzzleloader season buck. You can sometimes pull an antler right off dragging a deer late season.
Did you drag your sled along thru this whole hunt? Seems strange you had it on hand to drag him out. Nice buck
Hahaha, staged. He just didn’t film every second of the hunt.
He carried it in his pack…no he walked back to get it.
Congrats great buck
Nice buck!! I have a question what kind of scope do you use
Trijicon
Trijicon accupoint 3x9x40 with green dot duplex reticle
@@realdeal5903 what are the scope covers? Been looking for some good see through one like you've got.
Great video Neil!
I have the same hat. Awesome
Nice job! Heavy buck!
Great buck- well deserved
How far away where you from the buck you missed first, that horn looked like it was hit with a bullet........
Great buck congrats!
Do you ever encounter other hunters in the big woods?
From time to time
@@jeff_doyle thank you merry Christmas 🎄
Liked the video but had to mute it due to hearing you chomp on your gum. That's one sound that drives me nuts lol.
Thanks, good constructive criticism
@@jeff_doyle learning to chew like an adult isn’t hard. Sad that you’re trusted with a gun

Lose the gum
If I didn't see the buck at the end, I would've sworn this video was a fake
Presumably this is a fake comment from a fake account
