I might have missed how to run the report, and I couldn't figure it out.... Is there a quick and dirty way to run a 12 Month LTV in GrazeCart? All I have come up with so far is to run a list of all the orders for a year, download it to a spreadsheet and then do the math on the spreadsheet. Count up the orders for each person, total the person's orders, etc etc. You probably have a better way to do this...

Hey Steve! The quick and dirty formula is - annual eCom revenue / total active customers (order history within last 12mo). The revenue can be pulled from any of the sales reports, and active customers can be found by using the 'Last Purchase' filter when viewing your customer list (search for people who have made their last purchase within the last 12mo).
Feel free to hit up support if you have any trouble finding either of these data-points!

Sorry if I missed it. Do you have to give the customer 5% off? Or can you deactivate that part?

Hey Mike! The short answer is no. You can setup your GC subscription without any incentive. We run fresheggco.com this way.
However we do strongly believe that some kind of incentive is important to produce the best results when subscriptions are optional.
Loyalty is valuable and should be rewarded. That’s the basis of any loyalty program whether it’s reward points, punch-cards, or the like.
If you have any questions regarding the technology, we’re happy to chat at support@grazecart.com

@@grazecart8151 One more question - Blane spoke about removing the bulk discounts and just having all the discounts in the subscribe and save portion. Would there be a way to not offer the bulk discounts to the subscribe and save customers and keeping them for the non subscribers?
