SOLVED!!!: Clear cache as suggested in video and ALSO change default browser to chrome.....other browsers inc firefox DO NOT WORK. Once you've changed the default browser to chrome, open the ticketmaster app and try logging in again. This worked for me.

I'll second this - my default browser was firefox, did not work. I changed it to Samsung Internet, it worked. After logging in, I could leave the app logged in then change the default browser back.

what a waste of time,she said nothing that was helpful nothing works that was just complete garbage,then she says if this was useful to give her a like and a follow. just so you know go ahead and leave now wasting your time.
Speaks too fast and isn't at all easy to understand. Sort of like getting the dreaded call center from India.
Do you not know how to slow down the speed of the video or use pause and reverse? look it up.
