This did not help or fix the issue.
Offloading and reloading just worked for me, but that scares me that it just might quit at anytime. As if TicketMaster weren't bad enough already, monopolizing the market. Now it might not even work when I need it to for the ticket I paid too much for.

I tried the steps in this video as well as the Safari settings, but I still had the issue. It ended up being my VPN. Once I turned that off I was able to login.
To anyone who may be still having problems with Safari not loading up, you need to go to Safari settings, turn off 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' and 'Block All Cookies' ... then it should load up for you. (Mixedbvby9295 commented below - recommended this and it worked).

That worked. But wtf. Why the hoop jump? My iphone 13 settings havent changed to my knowledge before i just followed going into safari and changing the 2 settings. Shits over my head. What is cross site tracking? Sounds necessary and we all want to block those nasty cookies …right?

Nope, doesn't work for me. I went through every step twice. I'm in Canada. Does that make a difference? I bought tickets for an event in the US, which I can't use unless this app lets me log in.
Hey idk if you have an iPhone but I was having issues and this video didn’t help either, I had to go on a form. Go to settings then go to safari settings and then turn off cross tracking and turn off block cookies. It worked and finally let me sign into the app. You can go back immediately after you sign in and turn them off .

Shit literally did nothing to help me. Ticketmaster is such a shitty app. Might lose out on my tickets cause of this stupidity.
