And this was back before we had the ability to really home studio with just software and a laptop (minus the input devices). Pretty sure the Cranberries drummer had some dampening going on for this one.
@@Hobodeluxe960 I hear what you’re saying. This was done through the EAD10, played over the original track and the only balance I can do is the volume of the drums v the track. No laptop involved and no removal of the original drums track - never gonna be a “perfect” balance. I’m sure the original recording had plenty of options re compression and gaiting etc
