Agree!! I thought she would use some of the cooking water since she didn't have enough milk. It would have made it better.
Yes, in Italy we do it with all the recipes because in addition to fluidity, starch makes the sauce creamy and well linked to pasta 🥰
Love your videos. When I make carrot cake I put vanilla in with the cream cheese instead of lemon, but I like lemon icing on my lemon pound cake.
