This reminds me of the last mission in chapter 6 with Frostnova's death where it is all an in-game cutscene. I'm surprised that they changed it up for this by having the camera zoom in and pans to the right. I hope they have this feature more in future events/main chapters

The originium is a plan to save all information into it to avoid catastrophe. After that,originium can rebuild the civiliztion by using information in originium. But it needs to convert everything in terra to originium before that. But the civilization of terra is relying on originium for energy. So doctor have to choose, whose civilization should exist. (So you know, in main story, treating originium disease is a betray for the originium plan ) Theresa is an excellent person of terra civilization. She tries to convert a small part of originium to flowers, which will finally destroy the whole plan. In order to protect the plan, doctor kills her. Well, don't be blame for doctor, he likes babel, likes amiya,kal,theresa, he also likes the civilization of terra. he struggles for a long time. This is a Trolley Problem. Betray theresia&terra or your own civilization's over 10000 years and trillions of person's efforts.

They found Terra and manipulated the life on it to become the Ancient Races (animal people). Doc then spent the next 15,000 years in and out of stasis, manipulating the civilizations of Terra to be warlike and use originium to spread oripathy across the planet. The ultimate goal is for the entire planet to become originium so that the collective data of Terran civilization can be used to find a solution to humanity's danger. Doc at first didn't care much for Terrans but over time grew conflicted about their goal, as they came to care more and more for the Terrans. Kal'tsit woke them up to help Theresa find a cure for oripathy and also eventually became Babel's tactician. Doc actually creates a cure with their own blood, but realizes to help Theresa would be betraying their own mission and people. So they made a secret deal with Theresis: Doc would allow asassins in to come and kill Theresa, as Theresis' plans of war and destruction were more in line with the goal of spreading oripathy, Theresa managed to kill the asassins but was mortally weakened, and Doc approached her to finish her off. Theresa sensed a deep sorrow in Doctor, and realized Doctor was going to kill themselves after killing Theresa. So Theresa used the last of her strength to seal Doctor's memories, hoping that next time they awaken from the Sarcophagus they will be free to be the good person they are inside.
*SPOILERS⚠️WARNING* The boss Amiya is a part of Dr’s difficult-eradicated memory ,and the boss fight shows how Theresa eliminated all of Dr’s memories. (kinda “format” Dr in Babel’s period )

So technically we did send the assassin aswell And it was us that turn off The entire Rhodes Island security system, and allowed the assassin in, infact we even create the perfect route for the Assassin.
