I'm completely obsessed with my Nintendo 3DS rn!!! It's seriously my favorite console ever :3
I have the same 3ds (but w/o a capture card) and I'm obsessed! I love it so much! Yours is gorgeous! I don't have the talent to dress mine up as skillfully as you just did. Take care of yourself. The world's a better place with you in it!
I've got a 3ds XL. No capture card but I love it. Unfortunately the microphone isnt working and there isn't any information on how to fix it as the 3ds is old and no one pays attention to it anymore. I've tried for weeks going to game shops to get any advice on how to fix the mic but they don't know because they're focusing on more newer stuff. But I still use my 3ds to this day. I love it so much and it's nice to know some people are still using it. (I've had 5 3ds' through my childhood). Right now, I'm playing nintendogs + cats and tomodachi life :)
Same and I wish I had the guts to decorate it like this! I've been playing Stella Glow on and off since one of your videos brought it to my attention, 10/10 game I love it so much. And of course Animal Crossing New Leaf is the classic of classics :3

That's exactly how I felt about my 3DS 🥺 I just had it tucked away somewhere safe bc I was so scared to use it! But I missed it so much I decided to go ahead and enjoy it while I can. I got a hard shell and screen protectors to make sure it's extra protected! It makes me feel better about using it tbh

Nintendo build different kind of screens in the DS. TN and IPS panels. First one tend to have less colour and looking from the side you can see the colours getting lighter and fading. So it might be that you have both. A TN and an IPS Panel.

Casey you forgot to make a hole for your capture card!
I recorded a video with my 3DS today and the first thing I noticed is I did not make a hole for the capture card! 😭 I had to use my x-acto knife and fix it! It looks messy but at least I can access one of the most important parts of my 3ds now 🤭🤭
