I feel fortunate that despite me being a Heartfulness meditator and my husband being a non meditator, we have harmony in our home and lives. He has never prevented me from meditating nor forced me to do anything that I don’t want to do. I feel that our meditation rubs off on our partners as well as they see us transform, becoming more accepting and loving. 🙏🏽

What is difference between soul and consciousness?
Consciousness is level of Awareness.
Soul is the life force that improves/ evolves by evolution of consciousness!
