I liked how the intro cut off Blessing.
I like this laid back look of sitting on the couch instead of at the desk!
It''s much better than when they had the separate chairs and the table between them
Not a fan.. it feels awkward. Maybe the camera is up too close.. dunno what it is but I’m not a fan of it personally.
Them having to look sideways so much the whole time does make it look and feel awkward.
If it had cut off Blessing at "this is..." it would have been really cool

Remember Me, Vampyr and Banishers shares a lot of DNA with basically the same strengths (story, characters, unique ideas) and flaws (bad combat and gets a bit samey towards the end). Still fun though!
Periodically shutting your console off reduces the rate at which you experience bugs/glitches both in games and on a system level. That’s why I shut down/restart at least a couple times a week

Banishers first trailer at the Game Awards in 2022 (I think..?) was one of my favorite in recent memory. I've really been looking forward to this game! :0)
I only leave my PS5 on rest mode when I am downloading a game. But at the end of the day I usually shut it off

Dont Nod is so weird because its never been more obvious that there are 2 very different dev teams working there. One half wants to make these very traditional point and click style adventure games and the other half is like what if we made this weird A-AA action adventure game. Like its very clear one side is funding the other. Because their action adventure games dont sell all that great but I think they are the more interesting things they make. Like Vampyr had its problems but there is some sauce in that game.

Banishers gives me big Ghostwire Tokyo vibes and not just thematically. It's that kind of game that I will probably play on sale or if it comes to PS+/GamePass during a less crowded release period and likely enjoy it. I got the platinum in Ghostwire and love it for what it is so I mean this comparison as a compliment.

Ps5 goes in rest mode. Xbox is off off. Mainly because the Xbox doesn’t seem to bloody auto update game regardless of how many times I check that auto updates are turned on so I gave up and decided that the savings in power are worth more than the hope that it’ll update my games.

I don’t like reviews in progress. I understand he wanted to cover the game and that’s great but you haven’t finished the story. I feel like that could change your “it’s pretty ok” review negatively or positively. No hate here it just doesn’t do it for me as someone’s who’s trying to get info based on a someone’s complete opinion of the full experience story wise.
I keep my PS5 in rest mode and sometimes don't use my PS5 for several months at a time 😂

It's a double AA game at best, not that that's a bad thing, but with little marketing, or more importantly interest behind it. It's super niche, in a stacked month, it's DOA really, so maybe grab it in a few months in a sale or on PSPlus?
Not "AA at best." Looks like a pretty high end AA game. Nothing about this game looks "super niche" to me, either.

@@usedfuzzbox Sales have nothing to do with how it "looks." Suicide Squad looks like a AAA game, was marketed as a AAA game, and it's "super niche" thus far despite being a AAA game.
This doesn't "look AA at best." It looks like a high end AA game, almost bordering on lower end AAA.
amazing game i love it so much. its a 8-10 without doubt from me. Great viisuals, great story and gameplay mechanics. This is a 8. IGN gave it 7 but its an 8. i disagree with anything less. i dont care for reviews anymore i just dont listen to peoples oppinions anymore because your own is all that maters.

First I’m very disapointed in Tim 😊n the ff7 ad. It’s not called intermission. It’s intergrade.
Also can we stop acting like bungie is the be all end all for life service games. Their own game is barely on life support and isn’t fun or good. Bungie should never have been bought.
INTERmission is the actual name of the dlc. That's how it was if you bought it separate from FFVIIR. Intergrade is the whole package of VIIR.

They've been sponsored by games plenty and it hasn't stopped them shitting on any they didnt like. It's up to you to decide whether you think it's influencing their critique. They're being upfront in telling everyone they're sponsored

It's been shown off in at least 2, maybe 3 showcases over the last two years.
This game looks and runs great on Series X. I hope people give this one a shot, it's surprisingly good
