Lost sleep after a weightlifting workout at home one night. Trained late, protein shake, dinner etc. Apparently i forgot to drink enough water because i was rolling around in bed post shower and building a sweat. 3-4 hours of figuring out why, dropped bed covers and only slept under the outer fabric, ate a banana, turned off bathroom fan etc. And it was just lack of water. Not good if you're building muscles, read something on google that you lose like 18% muscle recovery if you have bad nights sleep after weightlifting. (that stat could be wrong though fyi)
