It's essentially a continuation of the Pagsibol EP, which translates to "sprouting" in English. The EP features mostly experimental songs, as mentioned in their previous interviews. The trailer showcases their attempt to grow a sprout, symbolizing the Pagsibol EP. In essence, Pagtatag means "establishment," signifying their efforts to establish themselves. The trailer illustrates their resilience by portraying numerous failed attempts, yet they never gave up on nurturing the tree. It symbolizes their hard work and dedication in pursuing their goals. The solutions they tried didn't work, but Stell's blood proved to be the solution. SB19 is BEST in conceptualizing and thinking about the next steps in advance. I think they already have this in mind even before they started the Pagsibol era. They have the Trilogy of Ikalawang Yugto. Pagsibol, Pagtatag and Simula at Wakas. Everything was planned already they are just waiting for the perfect timing and of course the PERFECT EXECUTION. They can now freely share it to us as they have the WHOLE creative freedom for their music and everything about their career. They wont be called as PPOP KINGS for nothing. It's indeed a KING THING. 💙👑

They put so much effort, hardwork, tears, sweat and blood in order to achieved where they're right now 💙
It all started with Pagsibol (their previous EP when they just started to make their own identity as a group and maybe represented by the small sprout) followed by Pagtatag which can mean establishing or strengthening for the group. All the members have had individual projects (Felip/Ken with Palayo, Bulan and the Comp-lex album, Pablo with La Luna, Josh had Wild Tonight, Sofa & Pakiusap Lang, Stell had a project with Disney Ph & Justin with Puregold) All of these individual projects were alluded to in this vid (for eg. the La Luna sign on Pablo's motorcycle, Felip's head dress similar to what he used in Palayo, the use of blood which was also seen in Josh's single Wild Tonight, Stell's mode of dress which made him look like a Disney Prince and Justin' s blonde/gold hair and pose reminiscent of his Puregold endorsement) and which made the members stronger as a group for this comeback. It can also be metaphor for their struggle in the beginning as a group wherein they poured their blood (particularly Stell's blood since there was a time when he was the only member who stayed), sweat & tears to achieve the position they have right now in PPop. It hasn't been easy for them & they had to wait for the right time & not lose their faith on their way to the top.

Pagtatag means establish. The way I see it, it goes to show that the journey they took to become establoshed artists wasn't easy. It took them a lot of sweat, tears, disappointments, hardwork and blood to have come this far and to have established themselves in the local and global music industry. This is only my own interpretation. 😊

Had to laugh at your theories! Your taking it to Literal. It's their story of the struggles they have gone through and their journey to get to the next level. Notice the actor that watched the explosion. I think he represented the bashers as he was always in the background. It took all their Blood Sweat and Tears to get to where they are now. Check out the white outfits. They resemble they're solo career outfits, Stell from Disney, Pablo from LaLuna, Ken from Palayo, Josh from Wild Tonight and Justine from his PureGold colab. And lastly, the Credits, 1Z Entertainment, all five are Executive producers, Julian/Yani, Justins brother Operations Manager. Their siezing their own Destiny. I'm sure there's plenty more to unpack.

Hi Luis, been waiting for your rv to our mahalima. Actually this PAGTATAG is related ro their first album PAGSIBOL.
Their albums represents their journey as an artist. I'ts all about their journey, on how they started during those times that they were facing all the struggles and almost gave up on their dream.
The BLOOD: Stell plays a significant role in the group as he was the only one left and stayed when all his co members already gave up to pursue their dreams. It was his strong determination and perseverance that led him to continue his dream and later on his co members came back.
The SPROUT : stands for their dream, they've been through all the hard times and difficulties and tried to do everything to make all things work out, but nothing, they failed.
The BURNING MAN: reperesents the bashers, who are always there watching them and always waiting to prove that he is right, that they will not succeed.
The WORKERS': represents as the first ever fans of SB19, they helped the group to make things work, to be recognize but nothing happened.
The DOG: represents the twitter when they became viral, people started to know them and recognize their ability.
Then by that time, the sprout grown and became a huge tree, that's when they achieve their dream. Now after the explosion, they are back in "PAGTATAG." Now they became divergent, more stronger and bolder.
Now even they are having their own songs, but when they are all together, they are strong, courageous and ready to conquer the world.

I have a theory that these guys literally made a blood compact to solidify their bond.
The seedling represents their Pagsibol (meaning sprout) era and this trailer shows a continuation of that, now they're establishing themselves, which is the meaning of Pagtatag. The trailer is also a metaphor of their struggles as an artist. They all quit but came back because Stell remained, and Pablo is pivotal in the creation of their music. But because Stell did not give up, they all came back, gave it another shot and the rest is history. If you check the credits, SB19 is the executive producer, and Pablo and Justin are both the creative directors. This comeback is gonna be an epic one! They have already announced the dates of their tours in the US and Canada. 🎉🎉🎉

Basically the story of SB19 on how they’ve started their Journey.
Most ICONIC scene from this trailer is the Blood of the last person who stayed when everyone and even the members called it quits and gave up. And it was only STELL who stayed and believed.
THE BLOOD:
Stell plays a very significant role in the group as if not for him who stayed rooted to this dreams, then most probably we don’t have our MAHALIMA. Recall that it was the conviction of Stell who paved Pablo’s decision to get back and even Josh’s.
The SPROUT:
It stands for their dream where they’ve got tested. Tried everything. Tried all. But still failed.
The Burning Man:
It signifies the bashers (The clown) and the people who ridiculed them and gave them a taste of failure and embarrassment along their way to making it.
The Workers:
They are the AURUM. The first fan group of SB19 before it became the A’TIN. They were the ones who believed in our MAHALIMA. They were the group who fought for them when no one was.
The STRUGGLE:
The whole trailer video was a struggle. It gave us a glimpse of how they’ve made this far and a snippets of they hard work.
Even up to the days where are all dressed in white, challenges never stops and still testing them.
Am just so happy and excited that seeing our MAHALIMA.

Luis! Missed your RVs! ❤ I love how attentive you are watching the video. There is no single meaning to this trailer imho. I would not be able to connect the trailer to SB19 per se had I not watched that interview on the Zac Sang show where Pablo mentioned the album names or learned about their struggles as a group. I like the environmental take! That is the literal meaning and you’re not wrong. SB19’s efforts to revive a dying music industry might as well be as colossal as saving the environment. I believe the huge tree’s explosive growth in the end is the boom of the PPOP industry in the Phils thanks to SB19. They definitely created something magical for a country and millions of fans.
Plants in order to grow should be planted on soil that is nurturing, so, the comment in here, "that it takes a village" Is true, a plant/idea/people wont become useful/successful if its environment is so restrictive and unnurturing. But every stone can be pulverized through constant drip of water....
I just realized why it was stell’s blood that was illustrated on this teaser. I remembered when SB19 was not that known yet, they were so vocal about their hardships as a group when they were just starting and how they almost gave up. Everyone decided to just leave but stell decided to stay. Reason for the 4 of them to just also stay since Stell chose to stay. Maybe that was the reason why it has to be Stell’s blood, since stell was the reason why everyone chose to stay ang pursue their career. Omg 🥹💙

Pagtatag means strengthening and also establishing. The teaser actually shows their journey as a group and as they say blood, sweat and tears through all the efforts, hard works, sacrifices and struggles they've gone through to came to where they are now. And even though they have diff solo projects, their individuality as an artists hinting upon transition which showed in their looks and style but they're still showing that they're solid and intact, side by side as a group also supporting one another. Well at least your pov tho was environmental and saving planet earth.

My interpretation:
SB19 worked hard, put so much effort such as blood, sweat and tears, for their success. They were helped by many people to get the goal they want. But still its not enough, during their debut era, they were not given attention not until some atin shared their video that made them popular.
Regarding the scene were pablo brought the solution(for me the songs that he wrote and produced) was not enough to make them known, then there's stell's blood which enhanced the formula they put on the plant. During the interview, stell said that their group was nearly to be disband since they didn't get the recognition but stell stayed (which probably the reason why he was the last person who made a special role on the plant).

i saw a theory which im really convinced with: they kept trying and then pablo came with hope representing Go Up but then still didnt work and them almost giving up but stell stayed and gave his "blood" that brought the boom in their career.
