Hello Davud, Tender coconut seller was having a message like "Elaneer Ma Elaneer" on the audio speaker which is a way they use to call out their customers. Elaneer is Tamil word for Tender coconut. Ma refers to Mother. So, basically he is calling out in a kind way (just like brothers/sisters) there to come and purchase his tender coconut. The other audio which you were hearing on top of Tower with voice of lady was more of awareness notification saying don't take food or drinks from strangers, or don't get pushed to someone who says that he/she can buy your cheap jewellery which would end up in chaos. I hope you had Nice Egg Dosa, it's hard to see foreigners having food on small shops and that makes you to stand unique when compared to other influencers. I hope it's doesn't spoil your health, we are get used to such places but that doesn't be the same for you. Happy Exploring, You're the best. Much love and respect ❤🙏
You possess a heart of true kindness, a rare and noble quality. May you always be blessed, for your generosity shines brightly. God bless you abundantly!
I think, The guy in thumbnail is telling about Bharatnatyam , a type of Indian classical dance., Bharatanatyam style is noted for its fixed upper torso, bent legs, and flexed knees (Aramandi) combined with footwork, and a vocabulary of sign language based on gestures of hands, eyes, and face muscles.
Bro I subscribe your channel due to your generosity and the way talk yo strangers. You are really amazing.i have been watching your vedios for the past 2months. God bless you. Lots of love from Nagaland India.
25:06 The gentleman was not tricking 😂, playing with eyebrows is a part of Tamil Nadu's folk dance called Bharatanatyam, it's a very difficult dance form because it's very expressive and facial expressions play a major role in it.
Why foreigners don't research a little bit and then visit a new place.. 😢 then they misunderstand and give wrong message to the world.. though I found this guy was very happy giving positive note in Afghanistan Pakistan & Bangladesh just like some regular muslim guy
Wow, my all time favourite DOSA...with its crisp exterior and a medley of flavors inside, DOSA truly exemplifies the adage - A DOSA a day keeps the doctor away! ❤️ And Masala Dosa paired with aromatic Filter Coffee, a match made in gastronomic heaven. Plz try next time. #godblessyoubrother 🇦🇿❤️🇮🇳
Sir Nice to hear your voice as well as speaking the local languages where ever you go, you accept all people and handle them good way, so that people feel friendly with you and you get mingle with people very soon and also you accept whatever you get to eat and any place it is ❤😊 Keep travelling and enjoy your journey , world is small when I see your you tube , you have travel most of the asian country. ❤😊
very kind of you @davud my friend.. You have a big heart and yes, it's my city and glad to have back to back vlogs on 2 days.. Lil surprised/shocked when you said, it's Diwali season.. That means we have a lot of videos to be shared with us :)
The coconut man's speaker was saying 'Maa Elani' - translating to 'Mother - Elani' - basically calling out to women to buy coconuts. It's said in a connected way so it sounds like 'Ma-elai', which also translates to Mango leaves - that's why the man in the red shirt said you'll get it in the next street, because that's a market which probably sells Mango leaves Had a lot of laughs in that section! Thanks Davud
Bro, you asked what does it means at the coconut shop. That is "Elani---Maaa---Elani" means "Tender Coconut---Maa---Tender Cocunut" here the word "Maa" is a local slang used to address Women and it's also known as Mother... or else you can also take it as "Tender Coconut---Ma'am---Tender Coconut"
You can also travel in metro rails within chennai they are less expensive compared to Tuk Tuk. Recommendation within chennai:- 1. VGR Golden Beach Resort 2. Govt. Museum, Egmore 3. Velachery market ( U can try sky jump trampoline Park ) 4. Guindy National Park 5. B.M Birla planetarium 6. Fort St. George Museum (Near High Court Metro station), Madras Gymkhana club & roam near by markets, have lunch of traditional South Indian cuisine, its a beautiful area. 7. Old light house. 8. Chennai central railway station (its a British architecture building) And for all these you can use metro rail.
That tender coconut dealer has a recorded voice saying "Elani - ma - Elani" and not "Ma Elani" as you mentioned. It means "Tender coconut - Mother - Tender coconut" The word Ma means mother - the word we use in common to address women out of respect.
That tricky situation is just the man showing his bharathanatyam skills trying to get you buy stuff from him..That just his way of attracting customers, I guess..
@Davud, Tender coconut = " Elaneer " in Tamil language. Maa = short form of "Amma" = means Dear Mothers as well as Ladies. "Elanee Maa Elanee" is a sale announcement to publice that "Here im selling tender coconut"
