Guys, let me explain. This guy has cleverly shot this video. The reason for providing the railing/track between the magnet( which we can see) is not only for letting the ball to oscillate, but to keep the ball from being stuck to the magnets in the bottom. Now what we cant see is a magnet above the ball ( which is probably in his other hand ) and the same magnet is being used to attract the ball, but the magnet field created by the magnet below the railing/track is bigger and thus the ball is not being attracted completely off the railing/track towards the magnet ( which we cant see ) in his hand. Also, this is not a perpetual machine. The ball wont oscillate in the absence of the hidden magnet, rather be stationary and strongly attracted towards the magnet below.
Amit Kumar nice point but if you observe the video carefully, you can notice the light is coming from the geometric north side of the alignment of the setup. Thus the shadow of the towers meant to hold the track/railing is too small. Keeping that in mind, any shadow of the hand will nor be visible in the focus of the camera used to shoot this video. This is nothing but a visual illusion.

For all I know, this might work with magnet overhead, out of camera range - that may or may not be moving. Or, if the light and camera were affixed, the base that everything is sitting upon may very well be tilting ever so slightly. By carefully watching, it seems that somebody is moving the tray in such a manner causing the ball to be accelerated. Same results I found with the motion of each magnet facing up. Flip them and it might go the opposing direction. Thank you for posting this. I did my experiment with a double magnet in the middle facing outwardly to detect and move according to the vortex coming off each magnet outwardly. Yet the moon revolves around the earth using magnetic force. If I create two giant balls one the size of earth the other the size of the moon then I get these two objects to perpetual revolve around each other, have I created a perpetual motion machine?

@@sobtrax1846 The Earth will never stop rotating. Earth rotates in the purest, most perfect vacuum in the whole universe-empty space. Space is so empty, so devoid of anything to slow the Earth down, that it just spins and spins, practically without friction.
@@sobtrax1846 now if I put an Ocean on one of these giant balls I will effectively create back and forth movement called tides. Now I put a machine that can harness tide power. Then I have create infinite power. Such knowledge is only reserved for races that can terraform planets, we have not reached this stage.
