Save the silica packs for if phones etc get wet, silica packs work amazingly well for that.

ok i swear i toured an apartment in a complex similar to this a couple years ago, and i NEVER would have thought you could do so much in a small space. I absolutely love what you did. there is no way i could keep it this clean and organized though! i have been told that i am a messy tornado and that wild animals must live with me hahaha
Wow they still allow tiles on your balcony! Our condo in North York tiles are strictly banned. Two years ago someone tossed a cigarette off their balcony and set fire to the tiles on a balcony below. Most of the $400,000 damage was covered by the condo insurance, except the $30,000 deductible was charged to the careless owner above.
