And up next, since this was the last track, Bostons first album cover to cover. Best classic rock debut album in rock history. Cant wait. Music, meaning, drive uplifting, talent. Lets rock Justin!
Justin is insightful. I look forward to his review of a classic like this. Always wonder why when people hear it the first time this decade, they love it but Scholz had to shop it around to producers for years hearing no, no hell NO! What could they not see or hear that is obvious now?
@philcasselli6534 the reason I had him do Journey Infinity and Yes Going For The One. That era can't be beat. 75ish to 79ish is my favorite era. So much great music...
Ah -- she's been listening to Peter Gabriel. 😉 But this is really nice. I was so grateful for music like this in the late 80's and early 90s that did so much to wash away the over-produced, vapid 80's pop (Madonna, Michael Jackson, etc.) that was ruling the airwaves at the time.
This song, 'Calypso' and the title track are the ones I associate the most with this album's title. And if I hadn't watched the recent video about him on drumeo, I would've probably not noticed that the drums here totally are influenced by Phil Collins' 'I Don't Care Anymore'! 😄 Very cool, though! 😀👍
Love this song. So moody and colorful. The drums are like the heartbeat of the song.

Man you don't give up easy lol. I would certainly prefer Boston over this that's for sure. Graduating in 1978 obviously Boston was everywhere...

Yet, I cannot imagine Justin hasn't heard Boston before. It can't possibly be new to him based on his taste and career in the biz.
@@kennethmckinney2532 me too. 1978

her newer albums are also interesting, Her third one (99.9f) is completely different, has the 90s vibe.

The drums also remind me of 'I Don't Care Anymore' by Phil Collins! 😀 Who'd obviously also drummed on some of Peter Gabriel's solo stuff 🙂
"Faith Hope Love" by King's X next, please!

"Imperial Bedroom" by Elvis Costello would be an awesome album to react to.
