10:43 Why would you pay the Buyback if you cast the spell with Kefnet? It's not like you can put the copy into your hand.

Well you can cast Days undoing in the opponents turn with Kefnet, if you draw it as first card in they're turn

This reminds me of all the extra turns decks I made or played against in my playgroups, but this one looks very efficient for this job.
Melek was using more forks and rituals to chain them.
Mizzix used forks and wheels to mastery them all in a bunch.
Kruphix stacked mana to cast the big ones early and witness them back.
Teferi also used stasis to deny your opps turns if that counts as another way to get extra turns.
Kynaios and Tiro wanted to make good use of all the howling mines effects to gain advantage.
Malestrom Wanderer ramped super fast to cascade a bunch of them and won quickly only after a few of them.
Narset played them for free along many other free stuff into infinity.
I think Wanderer was the most versatile I played against because it was a fast 3 hit beater that didn't care about being removed or countered (even liked it) and ramping plus card advantage is the basic way to go in multiplayer.

If you put Narset's Reversal under isochron sceptre it's a backup infinite turn combo if you counter your own extra turn spell with ir

Devious cover-up could be good to shuffle some of the turn cards in

    Beacon of tomorrows too expensive?

As much as I like extra turn spells as a concept, it's kind of boring that they end up being default cards in most blue decks. Still, that's definetly the way to go with kefnet

Why evacuation and not Rift considering that, you know, Spellseeker tutors up Rift, though not Evac...on top of the fact Rift is just the better card?

Lrac Seroom, Cyclonic Rift is in the decklist for the exact reasons you listed.

I think 6 attacks with your commander will be enough.

Infinite turns is all well and good, but it's BORING!!!
