Yesss you crushed the workout!! I’ve been taking my outdoor walks lately and I loveeee them. It’s hot enough to get a good sweat in and my legs have been feeling the burn 🤣🙌🏾 I love it!

Love my treadmill! I used to be an outdoor runner back in the day! always loved it but I found out I can run longer & run better on the treadmill so yeah lol. But yes walking is so peaceful honestly, such a vibe with the right music!

I know it’s gonna be way too hot in a couple of weeks because I’m walking at 7:30/8pm lol so I’ll be back to the treadmill soon too!
