Can we use two database with same data the one which is good at reading will be used to read the second which is good to write,will be used to write operations.
To maintain same data in both the database we can use background operations.

That is never a good idea. Keeping two database in sync will become a huge issue and will lead to multiple inconsistent state and no source of truth.
