Great reaction dude. It's great to see young cats appreciate the true greats of the game. Larry Bird is in my top 3 all time, and has been for the past twenty years. Props to you bro...

Great point. shooting often overshadowed his rim play because those damn last second clutch shots from the three....the guy could take it to the hoop also. his pass game was elusive also. His defense and rebounding was crazy good...the guy did it all against superstars of the day. I had forgotten what a dominant player he was until I watched the reaction video. and he talked shit.. big shit to big names and backed it up. the man played a left handed game and was high scorer. c'mon man...who does that shit!? seriously! lol, he pissed me off so bad when they played my boys in La. looking back now years later. We were all watching something special...like him or not
I can say I was one of the lucky ones, that got to see Larry legend in his prime. He was special! There will need be another larry bird. He was the most all around player to ever play. The things he did on the court was magical. And he did most of it injured, his back really shorted his career. He would have shattered all the nba records if his back had not forced him to retire.
Also imagine had he not broke his knuckle playing baseball….he himself said his shooting was never the same….!?!? Take his lights out 86 season and imagine he felt his shooting wasn’t as good before his finger injury…insane. I also got to see him in his prime. Went to several game at the garden…there will never be another era that comes close to the magic bird era….never
I also was there when Larry played. I've watched a lot of these videos but one thing is almost never mentioned; what would have happened if Len Bias hadn't tragically died in 86? Imagine that team. I can see 3 more titles.
@@stevemd6488 you are absolutely correct. He was equal to if not better than MJ…it would of taken the load off of the big three….also, no one mentions Reggie Lewis…he was one of the few in not only player that gave MJ fits….MJ couldn’t stop him…go back and look at their head to heads….
I was a kid in the 80's and was a Lakers fan. No one has ever scared me more or seemed more omnipotent than Larry Bird circa 1985-86. I'm sure it was partly just that I was the right age to be in awe, but he really did seem like a killer in a way I haven't felt about anyone since. Even MJ.
I think because Bird didn't just play for points... he played to win! That intensity when he played ....came through. Players like Jordan don't utilize there teammates. They play for points .....they want to be the star of the show! Bird didn't play to be the star... he played to be a winning team!
People reach a certain level and at that point they're just swimming in a sea of greatness the rest of us will never reach. GOAT this guy or that guy is really just about picking favorites then, for the most part.
I love the fact that under Magic’s Warm Up Jacket is a Boston Celtics T-Shirt . The night of Birds Retirement there was no Game that night , The Arena was a Sold Out . I was lucky to watch a lot of those games on TV . He would have us on our feet screaming in the living room . God loved those nights and memories with my daddy .
They had to rush Magic to the ceremony and Magic had no time to collect his luggage so he had to borrow the shirt. Awesome that Bird pulled his warm-up open
It’s worth watching some full games of Bird’s on youtube even if it’s not a reaction video. His highlight videos don’t quite capture the impact and influence Bird had on the court. Trust me his games are really entertaining, the 80s and 90s truely were the golden age of basketball. I love the athleticism, the skill players have finishing at the rim in today’s game but the teamwork and toughness of those 80s/90s teams make basketball so fun to watch.
Basketball was entertaining when the players were better... Today, you got kids living off their dad's legacies... Steph Curry isn't that good to me, but his dad was a marksmen.
Dude. A pleasure to watch your honest reaction. Nothing wrong with keeping Jordan in your #1. Just glad you're seeing what the rest of us see in Larry. Peace.
It is a shame that someone that appreciates the game as much as you didn't have the chance to see these guys like Chamberlin, Russell, Bird, Magic, Dr. J, and a prime Hakeem "The Dream" and many others. Being born in 1949 gave me the chance to see all the best and I wouldn't trade that for much. I will say trying to name one guy the GOAT is impossible so I just enjoy watching greatness.
When Clayton lists Bird’s opponents, and you realize that he DOMINATED these guys…it’s just so impressive to me that I marvel every time. I like when he plays the clips from some of his opponents talking about Bird…in case you’re interested, there’s another vid out there, “NBA Legends talk about Larry Bird “ or something like that. Either by #Face PC Gaming or #youngala (not sure of the spelling, I’ll have to look it up & edit) I like this video, & the point he makes at the end-that we get so used to Larry doing the impossible, that we come to expect it from him. It’s true. I’ve heard so many people (commentators, former players & even folks who paid to watch him play) say that Larry did something amazing every game. That’s incredible to me. I might be in the minority but I don’t care. Larry Legend IS MY TRUE GOAT 🐐
His first 9 years look like this Rookie of the year And fourth place MVP Second place MVP Second-place MVP Second-place MVP Mvp Mvp Mvp Second place MVP Second-place MVP Yes while the competition was Magic Johnson, Jabbar, Dominique Wilkins, Michael Jordan, Dr J, Moses Malone, Karl Malone, Hakeem, Patrick Ewing, Bernard King etc etc
I was live at a few of his games in Phoenix. I saw the game he called his runner 3 pointer in Phoenix, then pointed to the bench and said, "Told you so". It was one of the most crazy games I got to watch live. Funny, until McHale came out telling that story I had no clue what he said but it is etched into my memory him pointing at the Phoenix bench after that shot went in.
"I never knew he won 3" (3-point contests). He won the first three 3-point contests consecutively. That means that when they started the 3-point contest it took 4 years before anyone other than Bird managed to win it, and that is quite possibly was due to him being injured most of that season and not entering the contest that year.
The guy was asked "if you only won it because Larry Bird wasn't in it that year?" And he responded "if Larry wants to try me he knows where he can find me" Larry Bird replied " yeah, at the end of the Chicago Bulls bench..." Ouch😆
Magic, Bird and Jordan are my top 3 of all time. No question. Bird at SF, Magic at PG and Jordan obviously at SG. It doesn't even matter who else fills the other roles...that team doesn't lose. GOATS.
I look back now and get teary eyed remembering the great moments that I witnessed. The Larry / Magic show was unreal. I thought I was going to have a heart attack during the 86 series....as a young teenager!!!! That whole generation of BB defined so much. In fact, every confrontation at the 'public' court was always magic and bird. Never Jordan....until the 90s. Even though individually Jordan was already the 'guy'. There was just something about the celtic/laker phenomenon in the 80s that is so surreal.
NBA history is for everyone...young and old. It's so much fun to pick a team or a player and stand with them through it all. I grew up in the 70's and had the opportunity to watch these Celtics play the 76ers, Bulls, Pistons, Knicks, Rockets, Hawks and Lakers. The stuff legends are made of. SO MUCH FUN! I appreciate what you said about going back in time to watch one of these games live...no prehistory...when the book had yet to be published (still being written). I would LOVE to go back and sit live in a celtics/76ers game from 1967/68/69. Wilt vs Bill. I had the great opportunity to be literally courtside in 1983 to watch the eventual NBA champion 76ers beat up on the Kansas City Kings at Kemper Arena. Moses Malone, Maurice Cheeks, Andrew Toney and Dr Julius Erving. At one point, Moses Malone was inbounding a ball and his sweat dripped on me (we were in fold-up chairs on the hardwood...that's how close things were in the 80s.)!!!
That era was special. I lived through it and am still completely mesmerized by it. It was like some big energy sweeping through the league that transformed it from a nothing sport to must-see TV. Nobody in Boston would ever dare miss a Bird-Magic matchup. The clash of the Titans.
Glad to see open minded younger fans recognize Bird's talent and not just brush him off as a product of a bygone era. I did get to see him play live and it was just different. There was something about The Boston Garden and that Celtics team. The Magic vs Larry era was the most energetic era I ever witnessed. Jordan's era was right on par with it, but I give the nod to Magic and Larry for a few reasons. Larry represented the East coast, Magic the West. Larry was white, Magic was black. They were the best of friends and had true respect for each other, which is the reason why the wanted to beat each other worse than anyone else. It elevated both of them and the game at the same time. They represented everything the sport of basketball should be.
Larry Bird is the most complete team player ever. He did *whatever it took* for the *team* to get the win. And by adopting this *attitude*, that also makes him, by default, the most *unselfish* player of all time.
Isaiah didn't rush. Before he got the ball, he looked at everyone. Only Dumars and Laimbeer were there. Everyone else cleared out. He looks at Laimbeer and Laimbeer is open. He looks at Dumars and Bird has him covered. He looks to the ref for the ball and tosses it to the open Laimbeer....meanwhile, in the instant Isaiah glances at the ref to get the ball, Bird leaves Dumars and heads for the "open" Laimbeer. The rest is history. Getting decoyed by the best mind in basketball is no disgrace. Bird simply played chess to everyone else's checkers.
I grew up in the 70s. and I feel back then players played with more heart and more love for the game versus competition. All the players back then paved the road for the ones today.
I'm a hockey guy. I live in Sweden, basketball isn't even a thing here... Jordan, Magic and Bird MADE me a basketball fan, against my will. There are no greater players than them. There might not be any greater athletes than them. What they did for the game, on or off the court, can't even be rivaled in an objective mind.
The magic speech at end of retirement video of magic talking about Larry Legend. It makes my eyes water to see the respect they had for each other as competitors.
great reaction video...others could learn from your vids...you don't look away or miss things, you actually pay attention..subscribed! ... and Bird should get more recognition...I grew up with Magic, Jordan, and Bird and we all wanted to be like them :) Bird was always the smartest player on the court and had a killer instinct like Jordan...
Much respect young man, for your willingness to go back in time to study the basketball greats of the past. Who the overall goat is, I have no idea. All I can say is I was a student at Indiana State University during the entire Larry Bird era and was there when he blossomed into what he evolved in to, which is the greatest small forward to ever play this game. In addition to his incredible instincts for basketball, what put him above many others is the fact that every second he was on the court, LEGEND was a straight up, cold blooded, merciless assassin who wanted to destroy everyone in his path, and that's where greatness comes from.
Bird is the one player that got me into watching the NBA. Most magical era in basketball. I was fortunate enough to catch most of his career. Definitely top 5.
Larry Bird forged Micheal Jordan into the competitive powerhouse that dominated his era. He passed the mantle of basketball savior and Jordan ran with it. It’s like them old school McDonald commercials where Bird and Jordan play Horse to a ridiculous degree.
My favorite thing ever in all the highlights of larry is magic saying a friend forever that always gets me in the feels a great rivalry and a great friendship that's dope
My top team is the same as was Kobe's: Magic, Jordan, Bird, Russell, Chamberlain. Btw good reaction, good editing, keep it up :) cheers from Venice Italy
Great video. I am one of the lucky old guys to have watched Larry from the beginning, his NCAA championship game, and through out his career, Same with Magic, and MJ. And until recent years, the modern NBA with Kobe, LeBron, Curry, etc. There was NOTHING like Bird. I have said this before- if there was a draft RIGHT NOW for any rookie in history, I'll take Bird, no hesitation, before anybody else. I'd just make sure he took care of his back.
Sad thing about Bird's career is to see how injuries took away his skills in later years, but in the 80's he owned the league. In the MVP voting from 81-88, he finished 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 2nd and 2nd
Let’s not forget that he won both the Wooden and Naismith award as college basketball player of the year in 1979. He was voted the 6th greatest college basketball player of all time by ESPN in 2000.
The very 1st basketball game I remember as a kid was Bird vs Magic NCAA finals game. I became a Magic Showtime fan but my dad rooted for Celtics. My old man was right in hindsight. Magic played beside Kareem another GOAT contender. So Bird did more with less. Then MJ had to 3peat twice… What an era but I also see hope in this new gen talent for great rivalries. Although they should allow some real defense.
I watched the game five Pistons vs Celtics, I thought the Celtics loss I was so bummed. Then Bird steals the ball passes to DJ (rest in peace) and my whole soul was on fire. Still blows me away thinking about It! Bird is my GOAT!
#LB33 he did it all ,and he won contest and awards ,that only 1, or 2 did or some nobody did ,he could play with that left hand anytime, Mr.OG 50-40-90, 3 b2b mvp only wilt n Russell did that, and larry got ROY, MVP Coach of the year , executive eastern conf award ( only bird did this )), 92 dream team ,lifetime achievement award ,he and magic saved NBA then there college game still the most watched game (they started March madness) ppl need to understand how gud he was , his IQ and court awareness, he did it all ,defense, passing, steals ,rebounds, he came out of a game in 3rd quarter one steal from a quad double, ❤🐦🐦 we love ya Mr.Twitter 🐦🐦 and miss you, wish you could see it thru my eyes I never missed his games ,it was like watching the best movie ever ,that you can watch 101 times
One of the most ridiculous, general/shallow bullet points about Bird: He wasn't athletic --- Dunks on dudes, runs the full court, excels at the end of every quarter (meaning he has more energy/stamina than anyone else on the court....that's athleticism.)
I'm always glad to see a young guy with an open mind, willing to appreciate greatness. I'm one of those who witnessed it, as a Boston fan. What a ride it was! The level of physicality and competition was insane in those days. There were fights breaking out in pre-season games among some of the top teams. The videos are out there to see. The thing about Bird is, these highlight videos only give a glimpse. His true strength was doing whatever was needed to win. He could dominate the flow of a game by always being in the right place at the right time, doing it all, getting rebounds, steals, ridiculous passes and shots but still getting all his team mates involved at the same time. Unreal. Also out there are highlights of Bulls/ Celtics games, since you're an MJ fan. Jordan had some otherworldly performances against Boston (Bird referred to him as "God disguised as Michael Jordan" after one game) but his Bulls never quite got the better of Bird's Celtics.
I think a lot of old heads should also have a more open mind and appreciate some of the immense talent in today's NBA too. A lot of people just brush it off as weak and like... there is some lightning happening out there today too. But with that being said Bird is probably my favorite player ever lol.
You got my subscription for being level headed nice young man. I grew up watching them guys play I love all 3 magic Bird and MJ. There is no wrong choice if either of them 3 is your GOAT. Today’s powder puff league could not play in the 80s or 90s so I don’t consider them as contenders personally.
I was in college in Boston when Bird joined the Celtics. It was like a shot of basketball adrenaline for the sport. The whole city was engaged. To be in the Boston Garden when Larry played was like watching a brain surgeon on the court. Add to that, the "Miracle on Ice" at the 1980 Olympics, which had a number of Boston kids playing for the USA in Lake Placid. A bunch of college-age players against a Soviet pro team. It was a great time to live in Bean Town. We were so proud.
Kareem at center, Bill Russell as your power forward, Larry Bird small forward(there's a few that will argue), Oscar Robinson at shooting guard and Magic at point. There's a whole bunch that will argue, but that's my lineup. The best to ever play the game, Russell, Jabbar, Bird, take your choice.
Anyone who doesn't have Larry Bird in their top 5 isn't being honest with themselves.. Even though someone's top five can change in the future because we don't know who is going to play the game and be legendary while doing it, but as for right now Bird is valid for being in anyone's top five..
If you were not alive when Magic and Bird played ..... there is no way you can comprehend what they did for basketball. Those two actually changed the game. Steph was the first one since then to change it again. If those three are not your first 3 picks in an all-time draft list, it is because you didn't experience the game in the 80's.
Larry Bird was a guy that lived and breathed basketball. 24/7 Never stopped working on his game. When he lost ncaa championship. He worked even harder. The guys the founder of 50/40/90 club. Did that twice I believe. That 50+% fg 40+% from 3. 90+% free throw. Now group members, kobe, magic and numerous other superstars of that era and beyond. They have zero. Throw in, 3 straight mvps. And he isn't a Bird anymore. He turns into a goat 🐐. Larry goat doesn't sound right. Larry Legend. Ting ting ting. Winna winna chicken dinner.
And to think he was such an unselfish player and still came up with those stats? The fact is, I’ve seen them all play but I never enjoyed watching a single slayer as much as I loved watching him?And every intangible he owned it as well
Hey just wanted to say I very rarely follow sports. But, saw a youtube reaction to larry the goat and I didn't know he was that good and led me here. I do agree with what you said it's good to go back and see the past and how it all came about. I knew Larry was good but didn't know he was that good and did what he did. Usually when I go down these rabbit holes it's music and I know what I'm talking about but eh was nice seeing how it affected people and definitely didn't know that bird and magic saved the nba. Thanks for your reaction I enjoyed it.
What I had forgotten is that even with Bird retiring in ‘93 after 13 years, he sat out 12 months after Achilles surgery…and was still a 12 time all star..
Thank you for this. I lived through the 1980s and the Celtics Lakers competition made people want to watch every game. I lived in Seattle and watched the Seattle Sonics play both teams. Many of us were often rooting for either Boston or LA as they were clearly the best basketball teams in this era. I also think that the Lakers Pat Riley was by far the better coach of both teams. He knew how to substitute his players so that they were fresh at the end of games. The Boston coaches never played their reserves the same way.
I wish you could brother!!! I'm Mexican, and NEVER cheered for anyone because of race. In fact my dad got so mad at me for cheering for Sugar Ray Leonard against Duran!!! Anyways, I grew up learning pro sports from my grandpa. He loved the Bucks and Packer (we have always lived in Milwaukee WI). I rooted for Steelers (mid to late 1970's) and Celtics on the 1980's. No BS, Larry Bird to this day (over 50 years on earth) had done things on court that only dreams could explain. I mean that with all my heart, soul, and brain!!! I watched the game against Pistoms live (where he steals ball). My uncles laughed and said there goes your Bird and the cry baby Celtics...and then the steal!!! Anyways, I used to go down to the Hyatt and stand in middle of Skywalk, waiting for the Boston players to try and sneak over Mecca (Bucks basketball arena back then). Every last time, Larry gave me an autograph, not once dismissing me!!! In fact, in 1986, I caught him and he was very late for game (very rare). I had a camera and asked if I could get a picture. Not only did he sign more autographs and take multiple pics with me, he put his arm around my shoulder! It was (at the time) a dream come true! Boston was by far (along with Lakers, the most famous sports team on earth and Bird was royalty!). P.S. My best friend was a cook for a restaurant across the street from Mecca. His idol was Magic. I was 15, and he was 18. Magic broke his heart! I love and respect Magic big time, but it was his chef, but Magic didn't want to be bothered because he was eating and having drinks. I get it 110%. But my friend was devastated! I know Magic is greatness, but sometimes, you just need to give a minute of your time, to a true fan. I always idolized Bird as a boy, but the way he treated me every single time, I can't even put into words how much it meant!!!
He was that damn good. my team was la and I couldn't stand bird. But every damn game this guy played in over all those years he stood out. among greats ...he stood out. hated him but damn the man could play and talk some shit doing it
I am a little younger that Larry. 2 years I think. I am from Indiana and, I may be a bit biased, but I believe Larry is the GOAT. I have respect for all of the greats but Bird is top dog to me. I know LeBron is supposed to be great but his goal is personal glory. He has no allegiances to any team. He will go to the team he thinks will get him another championship.
Young man, I went through that era of basketball. And you are not wrong when you say that you wish that you could go back in time and see it for yourself.

For Magic to say Larry was the greatest ever, for Doc Rivers, Julius, name them as you will... baddest dude to bounce a basketball... ever.

And Dominique. Michael Cooper guarded everyone and he says Larry was the toughest to guard. Worthy also. Byron Scott.

I just wanted Boston Philly those were wars
Basketball was entertaining when the players were better... Today, you got kids living off their dad's legacies...
Steph Curry isn't that good to me, but his dad was a marksmen.
@@anthonyryan487 This is hilarious. Dell’s shooting and overall basketball ability doesn’t hold a candle to Steph. It’s not even remotely close.
I still love hearing old recordings of Johnny Most doing play by play for the Celtics, what a great rasp to his voice.
Either by #Face PC Gaming or #youngala (not sure of the spelling, I’ll have to look it up & edit)
I like this video, & the point he makes at the end-that we get so used to Larry doing the impossible, that we come to expect it from him. It’s true.
I’ve heard so many people (commentators, former players & even folks who paid to watch him play) say that Larry did something amazing every game. That’s incredible to me. I might be in the minority but I don’t care. Larry Legend IS MY TRUE GOAT 🐐
His first 9 years look like this
Rookie of the year And fourth place MVP
Second place MVP
Second-place MVP
Second-place MVP
Mvp
Mvp
Mvp
Second place MVP
Second-place MVP
Yes while the competition was Magic Johnson, Jabbar, Dominique Wilkins, Michael Jordan, Dr J, Moses Malone, Karl Malone, Hakeem, Patrick Ewing, Bernard King etc etc
Wow! That’s awesome!
"I never knew he won 3" (3-point contests). He won the first three 3-point contests consecutively. That means that when they started the 3-point contest it took 4 years before anyone other than Bird managed to win it, and that is quite possibly was due to him being injured most of that season and not entering the contest that year.
The guy was asked "if you only won it because Larry Bird wasn't in it that year?" And he responded "if Larry wants to try me he knows where he can find me" Larry Bird replied
" yeah, at the end of the Chicago Bulls bench..."
Ouch😆
He's was a heart breaker...No better player than Larry Legend. The Real G.O.A.T!🐐
The way I look at it, Jordan is the best individual player we have ever seen. Bird is the best all around, team player ever in basketball.
I was born in 1962 and i am telling you he was amazing to watch!!!!
Yes 😂
Bird lulled Isaiah into making that pass!
You can actually go back in time and watch the games on RUclips. What an amazing era. In that era they were not just good players they were tough.
Great reaction. Very genuine and respectful reaction to a different Basketball Era. Appreciate ya!
No problem , appreciate it✊🏽
Fantastic reaction, you know when to comment, your timing is spot on!
Ive learned from past videos👏🏽😎thank you💪🏽
My favorite thing ever in all the highlights of larry is magic saying a friend forever that always gets me in the feels a great rivalry and a great friendship that's dope
facts
THAT dunk at 8 minutes is the beautifulist DUNK I ever saw bar NO 1 ITS JUST So KOOL REVERSE dunk'
that intercom voice was Johnny Most. He did the Celtics radio broadcasts throughout the 70s & 80s
That's why I like you. You'll go and check out the history. We need more people like you in every aspect of life. Good work!
💪🏽‼️🔥
My top team is the same as was Kobe's: Magic, Jordan, Bird, Russell, Chamberlain. Btw good reaction, good editing, keep it up :) cheers from Venice Italy
oh wow😁appreciate it‼️‼️
his awareness and knowledge of manipulating people was on a different level .
That moment when you said 99% of us are not subscribed made me almost choke on the blunt from laughing while inhaling. I'm subscribed now 😆
😭😭 thank you
Great video.
Kareem Abdul Jabbar played from 1969 to 1989. Think of the players in those 20 years. He said Larry was the best he ever played against
I seen Bird play and it's one of the reasons I'm glad I'm old .
Let’s not forget that he won both the Wooden and Naismith award as college basketball player of the year in 1979.
He was voted the 6th greatest college basketball player of all time by ESPN in 2000.
Young man I started getting into basketball when I was 10. 1984. It was great growing up and learning the game in this era.
You can find old 80'S games here on RUclips..And Larry Bird is the G.O.A.T.
Did more with less. Yes. Preach it from the rooftops.
I watched the game five Pistons vs Celtics, I thought the Celtics loss I was so bummed. Then Bird steals the ball passes to DJ (rest in peace) and my whole soul was on fire. Still blows me away thinking about It! Bird is my GOAT!
Love to see when the youngins want to see the greats of the past.
Keep up the good work.
One of the most ridiculous, general/shallow bullet points about Bird:
He wasn't athletic --- Dunks on dudes, runs the full court, excels at the end of every quarter (meaning he has more energy/stamina than anyone else on the court....that's athleticism.)
If only he hadn't have hurt his back.....
... and famously won a jump ball from Olajuwon in the finals.
7:57 = your point
13:00 for those who think he wasn’t quick.
The McDonalds commercials from the 90's with Bird v Jordan calling their shots in like a game of horse for a burger. Is timeless. Go check those out👍
Larry had the best eye hand coordination of any player ever or so far.
Larry scored, passed, rebounded with the best of them in single category. To say he is not the best ever would TOTALLY dishonest.
Rofl, yeah the fight with Dr J in the preseason was a riot.
I think a lot of old heads should also have a more open mind and appreciate some of the immense talent in today's NBA too. A lot of people just brush it off as weak and like... there is some lightning happening out there today too. But with that being said Bird is probably my favorite player ever lol.
Just as a basketball fan, the bird and magic documentary is a must watch
Top 3 clutch athletes all time:
Tiger
Bird
MJ
I’m from Chicago grew up on Mike.
great reaction....you're right, it was fun times. you would've loved it
I be÷n watching Bird non stop for 50 years, can't get enough
I support you young brother, and Larry Legend is a GOAT!!!!!
PO'MECOLORBLIND
You got my subscription for being level headed nice young man. I grew up watching them guys play I love all 3 magic Bird and MJ. There is no wrong choice if either of them 3 is your GOAT. Today’s powder puff league could not play in the 80s or 90s so I don’t consider them as contenders personally.
It is nice to see Dennis Johnson. R. I.P.
Great time reliving this with y'all.
Isaiah says he didn’t even see bird on that steal. just an impressive play in every way.
As an old school fan and a hardcore bird fan ( the goat imo ) but top 5 for a young cat as yourself I can respect that
And to think he was such an unselfish player and still came up with those stats?
Thanks for your reaction I enjoyed it.
appreciate that really‼️‼️🤝
My Era! Pistol Pete was my dad's favorite Larry Bird was mine!
Great reaction...Well said.
thank you ✊🏽‼️
The Goat.... Bird!!!!!!
Larry Legend is my top ONE!
Thank youuuu for another great video!!!!
No problem👏🏽👏🏽🔥
Young man, I went through that era of basketball. And you are not wrong when you say that you wish that you could go back in time and see it for yourself.
I love the Making the Case series. You should do some of the other videos.
You should check out (THE 5 TIMES LARRY BIRD PLAYED HURT AND REFUSED TO QUIT) and then try to figure out how he put up those numbers with all those injuries
Bird is the reason I started watching basketball, magic was the reason I stayed watching basketball.
in a 9-year run from 1980 to 1989, Larry Bird got 67% of all MVP votes that were cast. All other players combined only received 33% of the votes.
Man ya forget how fuggin good this man was. I'm just laughing shaking my head at this video
You are killing it brother, let them youngsters know..
