it's missing something extra... like a customisable rgb light around the edge, and a motor to slowly control rotation to keep it perpetually falling. maybe even a special edition, where it's a stargate - like those mini stargate models that actually rotate and light up.
I would stand behind the auto-rotate motor idea! That's a great thought, just keep it going all day, and have it somehow illuminated I think maybe on the inside!
I've been struggling to find things to decorate my desk and my room for months, and then I found this channel of yours, great work, cool content, keep it up man :D

I purchased one of these off of Amazon and just received it today. So far so good. I agree with others its very mesmerizing but would be even better of ot had an auto rotating feature
How is your content not more popular?? It’s so damn well produced, detailed, thought out! Video is crisp, it’s such a good advertisement for your mic and camera you could even link them in the bio too. Super talented work, keep up the energy & I’m sure you’ll hit something!!!
I feel like these were novelty items you'd see in the 90s in a hotel or museum gift shop. But I'm sure they're new to a lot of folks AND if it's a little bit of that retro "futuristic" look you're going for, then these accomplish just that.
You should rock it gently first, make sure the sand surface is flat and let it settle for a few minutes. Then turn it quickly. It will fall slower and it looks better 👌🏼
i got mine from trinity decoration, ended up buying 4 more from them as gifts for friends/family cus i kept getting compliments, highly suggest everyone gets one for themselves, plus its a super nice gift idea for those hard-to-find friends.
Dang it, thought it would repeat itself... Like a conveyer belt in the border that brings sand back up. It won't get used much, will sit around before getting replaced, trashed. Was gonna get for a kid. Neveeermind

I love your channel man. I bought the 1080p Apeman projector through your channel and am loving it months later. I love your style. Keep thr cool products and high quality videos coming brother 😉👍🏻
Great to hear others enjoying a recommend! I appreciate you taking the time to drop such a comment; Will do my best to keep the high quality vids coming!
Does it just turn to gray after a dozen flips? By that i mean wont the grains just become so well mixed that you wont get any interesting gradients after a certain amount of resets?
The one you put in the description is $30 for me with $20 shipping.. Do you think it's worth it or should I just go for a cheap alternative from aliexpress?
Hey man! I have discovered you a few days ago and I love the content you do. I have a lot of questions regarding the products reviewed on your channel and I believe the youtube comment section is not the right place for a Q&A. One of your videos' description had included your insta, but to my surprise there is no discord server (or I haven't found it yet). How come you don't have one, you should go and create it! :)
Thanks for your support! As of right now the comments is the best place to post questions, happy to answer them in the form of comments! The short version is more comments on videos help the channel growth overall. I do plan to expand the channel to more outlets in the future though!
If the sand had an actual sand colour or something more livid to it, I'd consider the product but grey just seems really life-less and not fun. Still a good review, thanks for looking this product up and introducing it :)
I wonder If you keep shaking it or simply from turning it frequently, will the sand eventually mix together to the point of one colour and will stop producing unique patterns? 🤔
No worries. Honestly, I found it was drastically different every time. It all depends how the bubbles trap the sand. Sometimes it would finish in 5 minutes, sometimes it would take 30.
My worry about this is that, the more you use it, the more the sand is going to mix together until it just becomes a uniform colour and no longer creates a layered landscape effect.
I'm abit stupid and wanted to make sure, is yours glowing from a black light? And are the ones glowing purple (assuming from a blacklight) the white ones you also shown us? Absolutely love how the purple scenes look and want to make sure I do this right.
These are pretty neat, but not at all a new idea. I have one that is about 40 years old with blue and white sand and it doesn’t create “landscapes,” it creates ocean waves…blue being the water and white being the foam.
Yes, it is, for the larger one I believe. I think they sent me a return or something I have no idea. It had clearly been opened and not put back right!
There's supposed to be one small hole that you can use to a just the amount of bubbles or water. You'll need a hypodermic syringe like what's used for injecting medications and distilled water only if you need to add that. Try not to pierce the barrier too often or make rough movements or the silicone can tear.
If you watch the video you'll see as I unbox mine there is no syringe. So can't say I know what the deal is with that or what you've bought. Maybe yours has a way to use the syringe to put/take water into the unit through a small opening, just a guess?
He didn’t talk about how he got the color to be purple, or how long it takes for the sand to form each time u turn it around. I feel like I didn’t learn anything lol
Hey Corey, I didn't change the color of the sand, that's just lighting! It takes roughly 15-30 minutes for the sand to fall, there really isn't a clear answer to that, but hope that helps!
Is there a way to change the amount of bubbles like you can do with a sand picture? Search for ' How to adjust air in your Sandpicture' on youtube to see what I mean

They sure do!
These were very popular in the ....um, '80's?
Very cool as the combination of water and sand seem to create landscapes that look like real landscapes.
yep, I had a rectangular one growing up, I loved it.
Wow, very magical! :)
Very magical indeed!
Actually this thing you can decoration ideas at your bedroom. I rate it 20/10 it's so esthetic and vibe loop sand
they had those back in the 90's
I may have to get one now as that is mesmerizing to look at.

Thanks for mentionning you got them from AE. I saw an ad for those on facebook but it was at a "fancy" reseller for 10x the price.
Lol yes, definitely don't buy instagram ad's for this stuff. Best to just use Amazon or if you have the patience for AE go for it.
I'm gonna buy this in hopes it helps with my anxiety. They have a very tranquil feeling to them.
I used to play with these 30 years ago
A timeless piece lol!
Just ordered one pretty kool

They are pretty neat! First I'm seeing them, I used to have something similar way back in the day!
They should come with a little motor to spin the ball like every few minutes.
Love this!! Looks so awesome
It's pretty sweet.
How long does it take for the sand to fall? My dad is on hospice so I'm looking for soothing things for his room
5-30 mins usually
that one guy who dislike, tell us why no balls
I like the spirit Kailil!
Looks like it’s two guys now, probably his mom.

Seems fine still. I think they may do something to the sand where it's heavier and doesn't mix like that.
The liquid is water. It even tells you that in the instructions.
Over time (turning it over time and time again) do the separated colors blend together and become one?
Somehow no. All good on that front. Mine is still fine.
it’s good if in the stand will have wheels and it’s will rotate circle after every time it’s ending
Yea apparently another user had found a rotating stand for it somewhere online!
How many minutes? Could it work as a timer?
Hope you answer. Is there lighting or some sort of "light" into it?
The one you put in the description is $30 for me with $20 shipping.. Do you think it's worth it or should I just go for a cheap alternative from aliexpress?
How long does it take for the sand to fall from one side to the other in the large size?
It vary's depending on how fast the sand is falling, sometimes the bubbles trap them and they move a lot slower. I'd say about 20 minutes on average

U can get em with a bunch of colours on amazon
I wonder If you keep shaking it or simply from turning it frequently, will the sand eventually mix together to the point of one colour and will stop producing unique patterns? 🤔
Don't think so, shaken it a bunch of times still fine! I think the sand is somehow weighted differently to not mix
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE I see.. interesting! 🤔👍🏼
This looks cool, thanks for the recommendation. Roughly how long did the sand take to flow through?

Can confirm the sand doesn't mix overtime.

How long does it take the sand to completely fall from top to bottom
Will the colours mix together with the continuated use?
No it's all good.

The purple was created from an RGB light.
But the longer you play with it, the color is gonna be mixed and grey out at the end right?
