    On your chart explaining Compensation process, was surprised that the chart stated "Is the "Seller willing to pay cooperative compensation directly to a buyer's agent or a seller agent?" Your wording implies that the compensation is made "directly" to the agent...not the agency. Have always been under the impression that any compensation earned through the closing of a sale....goes through the AGENCY> Please clarify.

    Almost everyone uses esignature software now and when a form is formatted with so little space as the area between the dual agent and designated dual agent there is not enough space there usually to get an esignature in there clearly. You could end up with a situation where it isn’t clear which space was intended because the initials are “straddling” the space. Please pay attention to formatting if possible- we already have to deal with very tight spaces on the disclosures.

    Any idea when ZipForms will update? As of today, 10/22/2024 the updated/new forms have not populated
