And the banging the part to remove the developer… you’re suppose to use shop air at 6 psi. Just wondering after seeing you developer station how do you do your control process to see if your developer is contaminated?
Being the supervisor of a parts finishing department of a precision parts shop, I am cringing in horror while watching you bang the part over and over to remove the developer. There has to be a less abusive way to do that procedure.

You need to be keeping that sprayer 12 inchs away from the part as well as the 40 psi. Smh we need standard in this field
