NSFS Governor Fuel Setting
the Governor Adjusting Tool Group The reference we use is Special Instruction with Media Number 6V6070
1- remove air to fuel ratio control
2-Open the cover of the indicator dial holder
3- Install the bracket
4- and the points contact indicator dial in place while positioning the lever in slot fuel rack.
5-Remove the plug on the back of the Governor Hosing.
6-Zero the rack position and dial indicator by pushing throttle lever to fuel off
7-Insert zero pin and push it
8-Insert the hook and push collar
9- Position the throttle toward fuel on
10-pull collar with hook.
11-Zero the dial.
This position is the Zero-Rack position
12-remove hook, remove the timing pin, and release lever
13-Install the knob with about two and a half centimeters between the knob and the body at the plug hole that we removed earlier.
14- install continuity tester and the lights should be on
15 - Position lever to fuel on
16- turn the compressor to the inlet direction, till the lights started to off
Turn the compressor again in the inlet direction by two turns of the dial. Rotate outward compressor until the lights come on
This is the value of the full load setting.
Turn the compressor again until the dial is no longer rotated. This is the value of full torque setting. Compare the results with the specifications in the manual.
If the FLS and FTS values are out of specification, perform adjusting on the set screw
The lower set screw is for full load and the upper one is for full torque.
Perform a adjustment using this tool. Loosen the nut, turn clockwise to decrease the value and counterclockwise to increase the value.
