I've heard that there has been some controversy with a recent Vader comic issue of him hitting a woman. Like, seriously? He chokes other people, but wait, hitting a female isn't okay now? LOL
@@al112v4 That was a different Vader series written by someone else. The third issue is about an imperial medic who has a thing for Vader and when she goes to confess in his personal quarters he stabs her through the chest. People made a big stick over it.
I'm not a fan of comics but I gobbled up his Vader series. It was well-written, loved the stories and the art was great. He is a talented professional that I hope gets to write everything he wants to.
One thing I have NEVER understood about Star Wars in all this time, is why there are only two factions: Jedi and Sith. Like, can't there be Anti-Jedi? Jedi who manipulate the dark side of the Force to do good things? The closest thing we've ever had to this is my favorite Star Wars character: Starkiller, aka Galen.

the charles soule vader arc is one of the greatest comics i've ever read. gorgeous art and such a mysterious, interesting story.
Soule really GETS Vader. His run is the best thing that Marvel has done with the license.
