Ox has one of the best characters in any dressing room, it’s a shame he is unlucky with injuries as when he gets a run of games he can make a difference

@@johnmcintosh5465 Liverpool don’t have one system where the same three in midfield will be played every week, Klopp decides the selection, ox offers a different set of skills then any of the other midfielders in that he links up well with the attackers and can be a goal scorer from midfield. Henderson is a must when fit, Fabinho is our best defensive midfielder by far and Thiago is also the most unique as there are hardly any players in the world that can do what he does. It’s fantastic to have options and Against certain opposition ox can have an effect and maybe even off the bench

I’m not a Liverpool fan but I really like Ox on n off the pitch✅✅ on the pitch he’s so underrated for what he brings to a team he can offers so much❌🧢 before he got injured against Roma in the UCL 018 semi he was by far their best midfielder he was on such good form👍🏾👍🏾 he was defo on his way to the WC that summer n he probably would’ve been the main man in that midfield had he gone🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ even tho I’m a United fan it was a shame to see him getting injured like that, especially with it not being the first time before a major tournament that he’s missed out through injury🤧🤧 off the pitch as well he’s such a likeable guy he’s got such a good personality n always comes with good vibes n energy🙏🏾🙌🏾 but let’s be honest Ox the best player at Liverpool is VVD💯💯 he’s hands down already the best CB in the world by a country mile so he’s the best player in the team🤝🤝 even with this injury he’s currently got u can see how good he really is as nobody else would be missed as desperately as he is rn😅😅 Liverpool are acc doing very well without him tbh but even by the reactions from everyone in world football n the Liverpool team itself proves how vital he is to that team👏🏾👏🏾 the fact that he can even mention as many contenders for best player in the team shows how good they are tho😪😪 my team could never have that many serious candidates these days which is so peak😔😔 shows how clear they are of us rn we have a very long way to go to catch them😤😤
He’s another Lallana, has so much quality and shown it when he’s had a run of games. But just far too injury prone.
I’d say he’s improved drastically since joining Liverpool. Unlike Lallana or ballotelli or benteke who all didn’t reach expectations

Last season Ox made 43 appearances, inluding 30 league appearances, scoring 8 goals, 4 in the league, 3 in Europe and 1 in the League cup. He wasn't always first choice but the numbers show his potential if he can stay fit, especially goal scoring from midfield which Liverpool severely lack.
