The mechanics are built inside the head mold, so the measurements of the distances between one plane and another are based on the type of face you have modeled, otherwise nothing corresponds.

Sorry, I don't have the measurements of the various pieces of the mechanics, for a simple reason: I don't build the mechanics with the measurements, I build the mechanics inside the mold of the character's face, therefore, each mechanic has different measurements. Even if I wanted to take the measurements from my animatronic, it's not possible, it's covered with the skin of the face.

It might be the slight roughness in the voice made me think it was distorting on some words. Even though I'm involved in the Maker/Hackerspace community, I've never seen this level of skill demonstrated on RUclips before and I've been here over 20 yrs. Thank you 👍

The GS90 servos have plastic gears, they break easily.
