Hello Alvaro Passeri! I find your work brilliant! I watch your videos at least twice. I hope you make many more videos like these. Greetings from Austria! Best regards, Michael Szivatz
I already do private courses in my studio in Rome, plus I'm very busy producing a video a week, for now I don't have much more time, maybe later. Thank you
I attended art high school in Rome, and when I was young I made many sculpture portraits for the cinema, then I moved on to special effects. In the next videos I will print the mechanics in 3D.
i am not a mechanical student nor i have any expertise but whenever i watch your videos i feel i should also make such animatronics weather hobby or else, can i make one is it possible for me to make a robotic figure like you have made i have zero knowledge.
Sorry, I don't have the measurements of the various pieces of the mechanics, for a simple reason: I don't build the mechanics with the measurements, I build the mechanics inside the mold of the character's face, therefore, each mechanic has different measurements. Even if I wanted to take the measurements from my animatronic, it's not possible, it's covered with the skin of the face.
how to measure and what will be the measure of each plate where the servo has been mounted, i mean what is the distance or measure of all 4 plates of the head part.
The mechanics are built inside the head mold, so the measurements of the distances between one plane and another are based on the type of face you have modeled, otherwise nothing corresponds.
SIR, at 7 minutes 7 sec Only EYE level Plate and Eyeballs Mechanism part drawing are available in the video but not other plate drawings, can we get those drawing glimpses? Excellent VIDEO..... Everyone should admire at your efforts and contributions.
Very few people admire my efforts! Thank you for your compliments. The drawings I put in the video are all the ones I have. Know that I have been doing these things for many years, and I do many things without needing to draw. For in-depth information I do specific online courses for each individual person for a fee.
@@alvaropasseri5754 Everyone who has seen admires your work. Consider documenting and selling the mechanical plans, specifically the dimensions. You have machining skills, mechanical dynamic skills, artistic skills... Impressive.

This video is fantastic 👍 Like watching Adam Savage or Tim Hunkin. The choice of voice is a bit wrong though and the AI voice volume is distorted. Thank you for choosing very light subtle music 👍
Thanks for the compliments. I really appreciate your suggestions and advice. Help me better understand what's wrong with the AI voice: Maybe he speaks too slowly? Do you find it robotic? Or what else? The distortion you mention is not audible on my computer. Thank you.
@@alvaropasseri5754I think it's mainly because I'm sure your voice is more natural, educated and interesting . There's no pauses and It's very very robotic.. It might be the slight roughness in the voice made me think it was distorting on some words. Even though I'm involved in the Maker/Hackerspace community, I've never seen this level of skill demonstrated on RUclips before and I've been here over 20 yrs. Thank you 👍

Uso sempre Arduino per muovere i miei robot, anche il servo tester con i potenziometri, all'interno c'è Arduino uno, altrimenti solo i potenziometri non fanno muovere niente. ciao.
Exact! Sooner or later I'll make a video about this too. First the face is modeled in clay and the mechanical measurements are obtained from the mold, taking into account the 3mm of the skin.

Yes, I build and ship animatronic heads for various clients around the world.
Do you only need the rubber face?

@alvaropasseri5754 thanks though I'm still in the blueprint/research phase so I'm still far from getting started though
Can you make a more in depth video on the wiring, electronics and control software of the animatronic.
Stay tuned, in the next 3/4 videos I will talk about how I program my robots, with the best system.
