when I did hear him testify it was a bunch of deflection and basically he threw his employees under the bus and claimed not to have knowledge about a lot of what was going on. In the end he pretty much folded like a cheap suit. Didn't really defend what took place, in fact in the Texas case he apologized to the family while on the stand. when I did hear him testify it was a bunch of deflection and basically he threw his employees under the bus and claimed not to have knowledge about a lot of what was going on. In the end he pretty much folded like a cheap suit. Didn't really defend what took place, in fact in the Texas case he apologized to the family while on the stand. Basically he is saying what happened was wrong but it's not his fault. And people still send him $$...sigh.

All he cared about was money...it's as simple as that.
