Hi do you change the water every time you sterilize a new pacifier? Since you sterilized two is it fine to use the same water you used for the 1st pacifier if that makes sense?

Yes because the boiling for 5 mins cleans the water too.

What drying rack do u use ? Dr browns ?

For the pacifiers I just let them dry on a clean paper towel. But for the bottle parts I use Munchkin Folding Bottle Drying Rack that I bought at Wal-Mart.
