For overexposure of Footage in Premiere Pro
In the Project panel where you import your videos
Right click > Modify > Interpret Footage > Colour Space Override > select Rec. 709 and press ok
I tried rec. 709 but it still didnt get back to normal. Just made it a bit green and yellow
Dont shoot in hdr
Your iPhone footage must be shot in HDR. The video gets "overexposed" if you import that HDR footage into an SDR timeline. You can change the colour space of your timeline to Rec.709 or you need to either colour grade it accordingly by dropping the highlights, mid-tones, etc or use HDR tools (FCPX has a direct effect for this. Not sure about Premiere Pro.) to convert that HDR footage to an SDR footage. The best way to avoid this is you can disable the HDR settings from your iPhone's Camera settings. The quality is still very good! Hope this helps. :)

Adjust the rec709 settings and also if you have mac then start using final cut pro which is more optimised and fast

@@DevDutt09 yeh toh macbook lene se pehle sochna tha dutt sahib 😅😅😅 i am also in the process of choosing macbook or laptop... But for me laptop is more suitable.. but yeah i have used FCP and its so easy compared to premiere pro.

I just watched videos on youtube and sat everyday for 2hrs atleast. But the idea is to continue that same practice even after you feel you know a bit. Sad part is, i stopped practicing and today i just know A BIT 🙈
